"It can be regarded as a good hotel in Pemberton, not bad! If you want to save money, call the front desk directly to book, which is cheaper than going through Ctrip! It cost another 100 knives to pay another tax when I went there. Ctrip didn’t say anything, and the hotel said it must be paid. I’m a little upset!"

"Excellent location, just at the central village, walk thru the entire village easily. Nice clean room even not big, but what you need are well equiped. I have a kitchen with all kinds of kitchenwares, better to stay more days in next time. Very friendly frontdesk people and room keeper. Pay $24 for tight room car parking with no EV charger in hotel is not a good idea. For guest with EV, a solution is to check in after 4 pm, then park your car in conference centre (just located in opposite side of the hotel) after 5 pm with only $6.25 (5:00pm till 10:00am) and charge your EV at level 2 charger $1/hr to get a fully charge. Perfect match the hotel check out time. Overall experience, worth to stay and buy more food for meals in room!"

"This hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village  centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!"

"Lovely stay, I recommend the Fairmont gold room, the lounge and service were great! The hotel is big and has a lot of restaurant options. But keep also this in mind as the spa, and public areas are also quite busy with people and families. The confort of having the ski rental and ski valet in the hotel were amazing!"

"What an awesome facility. Loved the fireplace and Geothermal Heating and Cooling system installed in every residence. Beautiful scenery wanted to try massage but they were booked up so can't fault them but those facilities also looked awesome. Great hotel restaurant"
