我是攜程的忠實客户每次出門機票住宿都在攜程上完成因為我們攜程的信譽就是我們的動力。但是這次我都搞不明白明明是在攜程預訂的酒店怎麼會變成是Booking上的訂單，（請給個明確的答案）如果我知道是Booking上的訂單就不會在攜程上去預訂。我是一個不懂英語的中國人所以一直在攜程上預訂酒店這樣可以避免沒有前台服務的尷尬，這次就不一樣了在攜程上預訂的酒店到了那裡卻變成了民宿還要打電話給房東才能開門入住，在零下6攝氏的低温下我們站在雪地裏等了半小時之多終於開門住入把我們懂得夠嗆，問題又來了需要付款現金，房東又無法找零，最最要命的是在這麼冷的天氣半夜0-5點暖氣沒有了加之被子又薄把我們三人都凍感冒了，直到凌晨5點以後才有暖氣。我們都凍的生病了，強烈要求攜程賠償我們！！！請攜程看到後聯繫我們把事情處理好。也不希望再有人去這家民宿，Wi-Fi差到無法形容。強烈抗議攜程上有這樣的酒店。圖1，2是民宿當天的天氣這麼冷的天盡然半夜沒有暖氣還找不到人來解決。圖13-5是Wi-Fi的情況，連手機上都找不到民宿的Wi-Fi的地址，其實就是沒有Wi-Fi。
