Having stayed in many 5-star hotels and resorts, we have come to expect certain perks and amenities from them; so, we have passed some of those same amenities along to you the traveler. You will feel like you are away from the city in a relaxing environment. Enjoy the front porch with a view, visiting with each other! As you come through the front door, a nice, clean, warm, and cozy 4-bedroom home awaits you, with laminate flooring, travertine tile, and carpeting. A private upstairs provides 2 bedrooms, that include TV's. One room provides a full bed, while the other provides a queen. As well, there is a fully stocked bathroom upstairs to meet your needs. Have a wee one? Pac and Play, as well as toddler air mattress is available! As well, a highchair, bibs and spoon. Also! For unexpected guests there is a queen-sized inflatable mattress with bedding, labeled, in the upstairs linen closet, that can be easily set up in the great room downstairs, as well as extra pillows in the upstairs hall closet, and blankets in the cedar chest in the bedroom upstairs if you need them! We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible! The main floor has a full kitchen, with side-by-side fridge, microwave, versatile cooktop stove/oven, and dishwasher. Forgot your aspirin or allergy meds? Look no further, it's in the cupboard on a high shelf. Large kitchen table easily seats 6, there are 2 folding chairs in the garage if you need more seating, as well as bar stools, with a water cooler close by providing cold water for warm summer days or hot drinks for winter nights. This bright and cheerful kitchen provides a breakfast-coffee bar nook and has most of your morning needs so that you can have breakfast at home before going on to other adventures in Southern Utah. Want to cook? Pots and pans, cooking utensils, crock pot, toaster oven, just about all you can think of to help in preparing a meal as far as equipment goes, is here for your use. As well, spices and a few essentials, just take a look in the cupboards! You are welcome to anything in the fridge and fridge freezer during your stay as well. Help yourself during your stay! The great room has an open, light, and spacious feeling from high vaulted ceilings and windows, with beautiful landscaping and blue-sky views. Comfy leather couches, chairs, tables, and a nice big rug on the floor with a 65" TV is provided for all your movie/sports needs, and game night fun! Relax and enjoy! The main floor Master bedroom provides a full King-sized bed, high ceiling, TV, and a cozy fireplace for a romantic evening with your loved one. Full master bath with dual sinks and spacious jetted tub with mood lighting, sets the tone for the evening ahead. A separate shower and toilet provide all privacy you could ask for! The bedroom/office has a full-sized futon bed, tv, and game chest full of games you are welcome to play during your stay. The bedding for the futon is in the upstairs hall closet and is clearly labeled, it won't be hard to find. We have installed new ceiling fans throughout the house, to help cool you down in hot weather. Most rooms have labeled usb ports throughout the house, as well, everything in the house is labeled so that you don't have to go searching for everything. Utility room, need a band-aid? The first aid kit is right there on the wall...look no further! As well, a fire extinguisher is on the opposite wall so there is no need for searching if needed. Washer and dryer is there for your use and detergent and dryer sheets! There are motion detector night lights throughout so you won't be stumbling in the dark. Outside Ring security cameras are in place for everyone's protection while enjoying your stay. Fenced in property is provided for your privacy and safety. Beautiful landscaping and lighting throughout the yard provided for evening enjoyment, with a welcoming warm environment. The back patio is a great place for evening relaxation, or reflection of your daily adventures. There is lighting around the patio covering that you can turn on as well. With an outdoor grill, multiple tables with seating, as well as a firepit, and a water feature to sooth the soul, the vision is second to none, and a perfect stay is set for you. The two-car garage is there for your use...please keep it shut during your stay, so everything stays nice and safe for you! The location of this rental is right by businesses and just down the street from the Red Cliffs Mall...as well as any eatery you can think of that you might be craving. Grocery stores, theatres etc. you name it, it's almost literally accessible right at the end of your street! Enjoy! You don't have to go far unless you want to! So many things to enjoy in Southern Utah await you! Beautiful red rock desert landscapes, and panoramic views abound!
