Cabin was exactly as pictured.Liked the cozy retro look especially the metal cabinets, sink and table & chairs..Had all the basics without the frilly nick knacks sitting around. We stayed for a week and storage in kitchen was limited because of small counter space. Stored a lot of things above fridge. Location is very good, 6 miles to Sayner and St. Germain.No WIFI but was able to rent a Hot Spot from the very friendly staff at Plum Lake library in Sayner. Would definitely rent from Larry again. Could use more

Two words: swimmers itch.Google it.We found out about it a day before we left. I wish that the owners would have disclosed this prior to us booking the cabin. Imagine a great swimming lake but you risk the itch. We went up there with my two daughters,one of whom is a special needs child.This kind of information should be a compulsory requirement of disclosure when renting out properties.The cabin was ok, not the cleanest we stayed in. The bathroom door would not open all the way and it would get stuck half way, extremely annoying.We always cook our own meals when on vacations. This was the first time where the stove's burners were of the same power. Forget about simmering something or just warming something up. Everything would always burn even on the lowest setting.Rear stairs are very short and steep and not suited to someone with limited mobility.Location is amazing but everything else put a quiet a bit of a damper on it.I believe that whenever you are renting out a property you should try and live there for a week and see what works and what doesn't.

Quiet With there only being three cabins, it's very nice and quiet staying here. The owner has a quiet time of after 10 pm. to also help. Overall a very nice place.

Great time! Our cabin was very clean and cozy! The pier and small beach area made it very easy for us to launch our kayaks and explore the lake. The host was very helpful and approachable! We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Excellent Lakeside Stay Our family had a wonderful time here. Cabin was clean, cozy, and well equipped. Enjoyed the fire pit and grill. We did not fish but enjoyed relaxing on the dock. Larry was one of the best hosts we've ever had. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very easy to communicate with. I wish we had the time to stay longer. Would love to come back. Thank you :)

Great location The cabin was perfect for our annual fishing trip! Everything was clean and instructions were clear. Larry had quick and detailed responses for all of our questions. We will definitely be booking here again!

Relaxing Getaway We so enjoyed our visit. It was the perfect way to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The lake was beautiful and the local bike trail is one of our favorites. The cabin was clean, quaint, and quiet. We loved the fire pit and the star gazing was incredible. Larry was the perfect host! We hope to return. Thank you!
