Very short, rustic stay Arrived at midnight. Host communication was fantastic for directions on property. Roads on property were VERY dark and challenging tp navigate. Property was as described. Only concerns were water had a very strong odor and shower was very small. Overall, a cute little place with great hosts.

This location is a working farm, so there are horses and cows and smells etc... the unit itself was very nice. Well done interior and had all the right finishing touches. Very rustic yet modern at the same time. Fridge, microwave and coffee all provided. The host even provided all the dinnerware so we could grill steak. 2 main points - the water has a strong sulphur odor, but bottled drinking water was provided. Also, it's very close to the main highway so you can hear traffic all through the night. Otherwise, a fantastic stay and would recommend.

Great Stay! We just loved the little barn space! Plenty of room for the two of us, a comfortable bed, a huge bathroom, and a well equipped living space with a mini-fridge, microwave, bottled waters and even some snacks for the taking. We also enjoyed looking at and petting a few of the horses on site. Really beautiful surroundings and friendly hosts. As noted by other reviewers, there's some traffic noise from the turnpike behind the property, but it wasn't enough to annoy us or disturb our sleep. The only other glitch was that the water from the faucets smelled strongly of sulfur, which I assume is from a well water system. Even so, if the opportunity comes up, we'd stay there again!

Rustic and charming! The property is located within a lovely horse boarding facility, in what looks like an old western village. The hosts were very kind and check-in was easy. We were very busy with Christmas engagements, so were there to really just sleep and shower, but next time I am hoping to explore the area more. We really liked the bathroom, and all the rustic country/out west charm. Thank you so much for hosting us over Christmas Tammy!

Very rustic, the AC works great, Very country, no where to cook, just a microwave and a small fridge that works ok, no freezer. The turnpike is right out back of the place and you can hear it very well at night. It was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Was great for a short stay! We absolutely LOVED the property! There is beautiful horses and my favorite part was the different animals that would greet us each morning and night on my way to the car. We got to pet the nicest kitty and hangout with 2 cute pups! The loft is so cute , love the style and love that the bathroom has two stalls, the ONLY issue we had was the water in the sink and shower smelled like straight sulfur. I had to brush my teeth and wash my face from a water bottle and couldn’t shower because I could let stand the smell. They do leave you a few water bottles
