"3 nights' stay with elderly mum, right after arrival flight in the evening (after a long haul flight) so this around 20mins driving distance from LHR was a good choice and pleasant experience to us overall - my mum slept soundly (had good sleep), enjoyed relaxed walk and convenience with high street and shops right downstairs of this Premier Inn. Room was generally clean, well equipped facilities (e.g. coffee machine, hair dryer, mini fridge with free bottles of water sofa-seater), bathroom was well and comfortably lit. Check-in and check-out was easy and quick. Btw, this Premier Inn is 4-floor high, nicely accessible with both lifts and staircases. Good soundproof (Premier Plus Double room). Wifi was satisfactory."

"Comfortable stay as per previous stats at same hotel. Self check in and check out available but staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is well located and close to town as well as restaraunts and fast food outlets. Nice bar and outdoor area on river and parking available although does cost extra"

"Excellent location in centre of Staines with security code access. Fully stocked apartment with kitchen and laundry white goods. Full bath and shower with toiletries. Only downside is carrying luggage up stairs. Will definitely stay again."

"We stayed for two nights in two rooms as part of our trip to royal ascot. The apartments were spotless and ideally suited for ascot, Windsor and London. We walked to the train station which is about 15 minutes. The town is great with lots of places to eat and drink. There is a public car park directly over the road which is very cheap. The apartments will be our go to when we attend royal ascot"
