Filia Luxury Suites
Iraklis Apartments
"Lovely basic Greek self catering apartments, clean pool area with plenty of comfy sunbeds. Reasonable pool but for drinks and snacks. Everything you need for a good base to go our abd about. Good location to bars and resturants over the main road but there us an underpass if it's busy. Friendly owners Maria and Stavros are really helpful. We would stay again. Thanks laura and Mike."
Astir Studios
"Toni and his mum are both exceptional, from the breakfast to their local knowledge. The room was spotless, close enough to enjoy the town far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. You will not be disappointed if you book here."
Kapetánissa Concept Studios
Zeus Hotels Palm Beach
"Arrived 17th September. The room was dated and on the first night the bathroom flooded, water came through the smail drain on the floor, at first reception told me just to leave it and let it run away until I insisted someone looked at it as it would happen everyday. It was fixed. The food. Breakfast was mediocre, the juices were left to run out and they didn't seem to want to refil them, the evening meal was awful, one night it tasted like they had spilt the salt into the food. The dining room is like a canteen. We ended up eating out even though we had paid for half board. The barman, on our first day seemed chatty but for the rest of the week you was lucky to get a grunt out of him. It's location on the beachfront cannot be faulted but there are plenty of properties along the front on the beach, I recommend you look elsewhere."
Dionysos Apartments & Studios
"the staff were so rude ,also thr owner were unpolite and they were talking to us in very bad way, they try to steal us because we have a child with us and it is not in thr booking and they make us pay more than half of total booking for the child, be careful from those people they are family business but they are not honest and they will black mail you"
Heliotrope Apartments
"We stayed at Heliotrope Apartments in July 2025 and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The accommodation was extremely dirty – cockroaches were present in several areas of the apartment. Despite an immediate complaint on site, nothing was done, neither cleaning nor a room change. The staff showed absolutely no interest. The incident was also reported multiple times via the booking platform Agoda, including photographic evidence. Nevertheless, we were only offered a very small compensation, which in no way reflects reality. The apartment was unacceptable in this condition, and the provider's response was disappointing. I cannot recommend this accommodation and strongly advise caution when booking it."
Golden Bee Lifestyle
"Quiet and beautiful hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Whatever we needed, they immediately found solutions and gave us great recommendations for the island as well! The cuisine is fresh and delicious, the cocktails are very good, and thankfully they are generous with the alcohol. We would definitely come back!"
Malliotakis Beach Hotel "by Checkin"
"My partner and I have just arrived home from a wonderful 10 day stay in MBH. The hosts and staff were all very warm and welcoming upon arrival and couldn't do enough whilst we were there. Our room was not too big, but just enough for the both of us and the housemaids came daily to clean and make up the beds. Towels were changed every two days and bedding once whilst we were there, which is enough. There is a pool bar where you can get something to eat as my partner and I would eat there most days for lunch, where there are a good variety of choices on the menu for both adults and children and at a reasonable price. We also had two evening meals whilst there of Moussaka, Stifado and chicken. A big shout to Yannis here for the Beef Stifado which was beaut! Bar service was also prompt and knowledgeable from Mano who worked the bar like a pro who was chatty and quite entertaining at times as was Yannis too, who was training young Eldo the ropes whilst we were there Other service was also friendly and polite from Maria who was there early every morning with one of the owners Rena for breakfast with a friendly welcoming "Good Morning" every day. The hotel itself is situated no more than a 5-10 minute walk from lots of others bars, shops and restaurants which were also good to eat and drink in too. The hotel also have their own bit of beach at a charge of €12-€15 for two sunbeds and a parasol. The charge is there as the location on the beach does not come free to the hotel either. We didn't mind paying as this is standard at most places. There is also a local tax to pay of €5 per day and extra for the air con, so do be mindful of the extra charges before booking. Before booking, I had read the reviews and am honestly glad that we took the leap and stayed, as we couldn't find fault with the service, the food, the cleaning or the people that ran the hotel. My partner and I said that it was one of the most relaxing holidays that we had ever had and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all at Malliotakis Beach Hotel for your hospitality!"

Eurohotel Katrin Hotel & Bungalows
"A very nice break at the hotel, perfectly positioned with Stalis resort being no more than a three minute stroll away. The only slightly disappointing thing was our room with a private plunge pool. There was a tree slap in the middle of the decking area meaning the pool and the decking weren't used by us at all during the two weeks we stayed as the pool never got any sun to heat it up plus it was a constant battle with the leaves. All of the staff were very friendly the night porter was a great help when we arrived and the restaurant manager Georges introduced himself to us the following morning and showed us where everything was. The bed was very comfortable in the room and even though our room was next to the bar area, it was fairly quiet, although could hear some noise from people up until around 1am on some nights but it was only brief and we had only just got in ourselves. Although we were All Inclusive we ate out each night as that is what we prefer to do. The breakfast and lunch was great, always plenty to choose from and for all diets catered for. There are loads of restaurants and bars in Stalis to choose from and we ate in a different one each night. If you need other types of milk, e.g. Oat Milk just ask Georges and he will get it for you as they don't put out any other milk other than cows milk. Unfortunately we couldn't get a late check out as the hotel was full but a shower room was available. However, we opted to leave early as we had a car and took the opportunity to explore the island after breakfast before out 10pm flight. Thank you for a great stay"
Soleil Rooms and Suites
Riviera Beach Hotel
"Place was amazing. Host was very accommodating, and friendly. They even offer a car rental discount for travelers - 10%, which is great. They also had an amazing fish dinner with fresh catch of the day that was top notch. Overall, amazing experience and I would recommend to any American traveler."
Nikos Apartments
"I first went to Nikos when I was 4 years old and I am still returning now almost 30 years later. I have stayed at Nikos with my Mum and Dad, with my brothers, on my own and now with my fiancée and family. This goes to show what the perfect place Nikos apartments is for anyone travelling to Crete. The relaxed and friendly atmosphere at Nikos creates the perfect holiday where you will make friends and family for life. Van, Effie, Kleo and Fofi make the perfect team and make Nikos apartments the place everyone wants to return."
Cactus Beach Hotel
"Pro: It is a great hotel with very clean and spacious swimming pools . Common areas are well maintained. No need to reserve sunbeds at 6 am because you can always get one. The staff in the restaurant is very well organized and there is always a free table and not very big queues (in June ) . The food was excellent and lots of variety also very tasty . There were 80% german tourists but everyone spoke English. Quite close to the beach and main road of Stalis. Rooms were spacious and quiet even though we stayed quite close to the entertainment amphitheater. Lots of children and babies so maybe not for young people who want to party. Cons: The Coffee should definitely improve, just from the maschine and not good. Also we reserved the Italian restaurant but not very good to be honest ( only salads, pasta and pizza) . Beach chairs are not included and is a little expensive in my option 18 euros/ pair."
I Resort Beach Hotel & Spa
"We had a wonderful stay at I Resort Beach Hotel & Spa and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms were great, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for. The food was delicious with a great variety every day, and we really enjoyed the overall dining experience. The beach is amazing and one of the highlights of the hotel — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful sea. We also loved spending our evenings at the bar, which had a great vibe and made our nights even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Maria, who works at the bar — thank you for your kindness, your positive energy, and for working so hard every night. You truly helped make our evenings special and lovely, and we really appreciated you. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so memorable. We would definitely love to come back!"

Horizon Beach
Cactus Royal Spa & Resort
"Solo holiday with purpose to relax and get pampered. Hotel amazing, great location, good food and fantastic amenities. Booked it have treatments at the on site Aegeo spa, a scrub & wrap, full body massage, a Hippocrates massage and a facial. All treatment done by Amandeeb, she was wonderful and I am heading home feeling completely relaxed and stress free. Thank you."
Amazones Villas Apartments
"Walls were too thin, I could hear every word the neighbours said. The rooms are very dated and a throw back to the 80’s. WiFi dreadful but we were told the rooms were earthquake proof, rubbish, we’re well travelled. The only positive was that Mika was lovely. I’m always skeptical of “cash only” apartments. We won’t be returning."
