Eurohotel Theo Hotel

Im solo traveler, I came in the middle of September, the location of Theo Hotel are great, the bus stop is very close so you can easily take a trip to Chania Town and see beautiful Old Town, also from Chania you can take a bus to another city Rethymno, the staff are friendly, excellent customer service from reception, bar staff and restaurant , always happy to help you with anything you need , the hotel is located on the cliff but have own lift so no issues to get downtown where you have local taverns and lots of small shops , thank you Theo Hotel for pleasant holiday

Our week-long stay at Hotel Theo has just come to an end, so it’s time for a recap. It was a wonderful time spent with great people and delicious food! The hotel is well-maintained, and the rooms are cleaned thoroughly every day. The staff are always helpful, friendly, and smiling (special greetings to Chris, Rain, Janina, and the entire bar team ). The food was excellent, and the portions were huge! The alcohol was of a good European standard—we never ran short of anything. The level of service was like that of a fine-dining restaurant; we really hadn't expected that! The hotel's location is fantastic—close to the beach and with a lovely sea view. t was very nice, the food was delicious and the service was very nice, the best I have ever met, the location was great, close to everywhere and the view from the balcony is beautiful, I really recommend

We had a lovely stay at Theo Hotel in Crete and overall it was a very positive experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help whenever needed. The hotel itself was in a great location and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable holiday. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the team worked hard to make guests feel comfortable throughout their stay. The only small improvements I would suggest would be slightly larger bathroom/shower spaces, as they felt a little cramped at times, and ensuring toiletries are replenished more promptly when needed. Aside from those minor points, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Theo Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday a wonderful one!

Location and atmosferę and especially the stuff is amazing

So i spent seven AMAZING DAYS in this hotel. To be completely honest i felt like part of the family on leaving day. From the room service (maids cheerful) to the aerial on tv being fixed within a few hours, not that i was there to watch tv ! Breakfast was always a delight as there was always polite staff ready to recommend the vast choice of food available. Local supermarket on site with great knowledge of the area and recommendations on restaurants in the area. I need to get back before the summer is over as already miss them !! So its a 10/10 for me

Really pleasant stay, details were clear on arrival at reception and we were kindly shown to our room. The room itself I did not like, quite dated with tiles on all floors which felt cold and sink in the bed room because of the small bathroom however, balcony was nice but could do with more privacy between rooms. Pool grounds were fantastic with pool chairs being great quality and always available. The staff were very efficient and entertainment was amazing, really recommend the Cretian night. Food was nice although not a lot of variety. This hotel is great value for money, highly recommended. I also recommend the little fun train Highland experience, its amazing and not just for children! Just be aware this hotel is on a steep hill and to get to the lift - you have to walk halfway up the hill so not an easy trail!.
