The guy was very helpful, but unfortunately the apartment didn't quite meet my expectations. However, it was aligned with Chinese standards of tidiness and cleanliness, so I made do with it since I was traveling alone. If this had been a trip for two, given the apartment, I would have asked to move.

Highly recommend this hotel! Its location is a huge plus, making getting around incredibly convenient. It's an 8-minute walk to Beijing Road's main street, where you can explore the Millennium Ancient Path and retro arcade houses. The Guangxiao Temple is just a 10-minute walk away, and it looks stunning when lit up at night for photos. The Museum of the Nanyue King Palace is right next door, making it super easy to visit historical sites. The hotel is also very close to the Gongyuanqian and Beijing Road subway stations, offering easy transfers between Lines 1, 2, and 6. You can walk to the Sacred Heart Cathedral and Tianzi Pier for a Pearl River night cruise, or take the subway directly to popular attractions like Canton Tower, Shamian Island, and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall. There are tons of famous old eateries nearby, so you won't have to travel far for great food. Spend your days exploring historical sites and your evenings enjoying the night views – the itinerary is relaxed and unhurried, perfect for couples or family trips. The room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk service was excellent. Staying here in Guangzhou saves a lot of commuting time!

It's great! The newly opened apartment has a wonderful environment, excellent natural light, and spacious rooms. The receptionist was very helpful, and it's convenient for getting around the neighborhood.

I blindly picked this hotel on Ctrip, and it totally exceeded my expectations! First off, the location is great. I was on a business trip, and while colleagues recommended other places, after comparing, I decisively chose 'Tubagbag Fanjing.' Turns out I made the right choice! The environment is fantastic all around; both the lobby and the rooms show unique craftsmanship. The hotel's facilities are also excellent, with visible safety and fire measures everywhere, and even anti-collision strips on the tables – which really put me at ease and showed how much effort the owner put in! The staff are all super nice 👍 and the hygiene is also great 👍. Breakfast is served at the famous, long-standing Haibao Hotel, and the food is delicious with incredibly generous portions (honestly, they could serve a bit less, it's really hard to finish 😬). It's also very quiet at night. The policy of no loud parties in rooms after 10 PM is a huge plus 👍. Even though it's on a main road, once the curtains are drawn, it's very quiet, ensuring a full night's sleep! On the night I checked in, it was raining heavily and almost midnight (around 11 PM), but the staff member at the front desk was diligently waiting. He even offered warm welcome fruits, and upon check-out, I received a super practical opening souvenir! Next time I'm in Guangzhou, I'll definitely choose this place again! 😎😎😎

The interior is simply yet stylishly decorated, with spacious and airy common areas, perfectly accented with greenery, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Hygiene is strictly maintained; no dust or stains in the corners, the air is fresh, and the bathrooms have separate wet and dry areas, with very low queues for washing up. The beds are thoughtfully designed with comfortable mattresses that are just the right firmness. They offer excellent blackout and soundproofing, are beautifully decorated, provide ample private space, and secure storage for valuables. Facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning is quiet, the internet is stable, and the kitchen and laundry area are fully equipped, meeting the needs of long-term travelers. The service is warm and considerate. The staff are friendly and unobtrusive, proactively helping with luggage, planning itineraries, and providing all necessary supplies. Small needs are addressed promptly. The hostel has a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, allowing you to relax alone or meet like-minded travelers. Affordable prices, quality far exceeding expectations, and meticulous attention to detail evident in every aspect. No gimmicks, no duds, suitable for both short trips and long-term stays—a truly worthwhile deal, a no-brainer!

The staff is polite and responsive to the needs. The room facilities are perfect, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the pillow comfort is just right, and I sleep until dawn. The public area is regularly eliminated and cleaned, and the environment is quiet and elegant. The overall management standard is attentive, and the stay is safe and comfortable. It is the best choice for travel and accommodation. I will stay here next time.

Health is not the same, although the boss is on the scene to do health, the room is very stuffy, want to open the window to breathe, the result is dust, the advantage of the living room space is large enough, the kitchen can also cook, close to the D exit of the Yuancun subway station, the order is basically difficult to cancel, unless you find customer service or boss to negotiate

As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe here! The room was clean and tidy, and the single bed was super comfortable. The shared bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and the owner was really kind and thoughtful. It's also conveniently located for getting around and finding places to eat. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
