The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, handling all the formalities efficiently and professionally, and even proactively upgraded our room – a delightful surprise! The room design was both modern and practical, with breathtaking city views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning was at a comfortable temperature, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing me to enjoy a long-awaited deep sleep. The bathroom featured a thoughtful separation of wet and dry areas, and the toiletries were from high-end brands, showcasing quality in every detail. Special praise for the 24-hour room service; they responded incredibly quickly when I needed an extra pillow in the middle of the night. The breakfast was plentiful, offering both authentic local snacks and classic Western options, and the open kitchen allowed us to see the chefs preparing the food, ensuring maximum freshness! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, with convenient access to restaurants and shopping nearby. The concierge's recommendations for hidden attractions and reservation services made our trip even smoother. The handwritten thank-you card and small gift we received upon check-out were incredibly touching; such a dedicated service team deserves the highest praise!
