I had a very pleasant stay this time, and I especially appreciated the pick-up and drop-off service, which was very convenient for us. Both the front desk staff and the owner were very friendly and recommended a lot of local delicacies. The room and shower were very clean, and the shower space was quite large. Since it's a new hotel, the facilities and equipment are excellent. The location is also great; it's right opposite a large jewelry mall, so you can shop nearby, and it's very convenient to get around.

Anonymous UserI called ahead to the hotel to request a room further from the elevator, and their service was excellent. Despite the hotel facing the street, we weren't disturbed by noise at night, except for the ***** New Year firecrackers :). Even our dog slept soundly and didn't bark, which was a welcome change. Breakfast was quite basic. The parking lot is conveniently located right behind the hotel. The only minor inconvenience is that you need to drive about 15 kilometers to find restaurants, but it wasn't a big deal for us. We even managed to grab a late-night snack after checking in :)

On this day of family reunion, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a Mid-Autumn Festival gift as soon as I opened my room door. I must say, the hotel offers truly excellent value for money. The washing machine on the outdoor balcony is so convenient, and the service is incredibly thoughtful. This afternoon, when we checked out, the butler even took us to the entrance of the jewelry market—a free shuttle service! Late at night, watching the full moon from the balcony and eating mooncakes filled me with warmth and happiness. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for
the wonderful stay at Elegance hotel.
I would like to specially thank Q for the room arrangement, let my relatives were stay together on the same floor. I had a wonderful time with my family.
There are many food shops and buses or cabs outside this Elegance Hotel, very convenient and easy to grab things and good transportation.
I highly recommend this hotel to friends.
If I come back here, this hotel will be my first choice again.
