這次出差選擇入住陸豐龍山賓館，真是一個明智的決定！整個體驗遠超預期，給我留下了非常深刻的印象，尤其是前台那位叫 小楚 的服務員，必須要點名表揚！
關於賓館整體體驗
位置優越：賓館位置非常方便，無論是去辦事還是探索陸豐市區，交通都很便利，周邊生活設施也很齊全。
環境舒適：走進大堂就感覺明亮整潔，裝修風格大氣舒適，讓人心情愉悦。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟舒適，睡了個難得的好覺。隔音效果也不錯，保證了休息質量。
設施完善：房間內的設施齊全且維護得很好，空調給力，熱水充足穩定，網絡速度也很快，滿足了我工作和休息的所有需求。公共區域也保持得很乾凈。
物有所值：綜合環境、服務和設施來看，性價比非常高，絕對值得推薦。

2. 專業高效，細緻入微：小楚的業務能力非常熟練，辦理入住手續迅速準確。她不僅清晰地介紹了賓館的各項設施（如早餐時間、地點等），還主動詢問我是否有特殊需求。當得知我是第一次來陸豐時，她非常熱心地提供了周邊美食和景點的建議，這種超乎預期的細緻服務讓我感到驚喜。
3. 積極主動，解決問題能力強：在入住期間，我有一個關於房間設施的小疑問，打電話到前台，正好又是小楚接聽。她耐心地聽我描述，第一時間就給出了清晰的解答，並主動詢問是否需要工程人員上門查看（雖然問題很小不需要）。這種積極主動解決問題的態度，讓人感覺非常安心和踏實。

設施：智能，用小度智能音箱控制，電視用小愛同學，都齊全，床超級軟，空間大，置物空間也大
衞生：大概下午2點半入住，地上剛拖的濕的，床頭那顆水晶燈很多指紋，我住那間小度控制不了窗簾，衞生間花灑卡扣老換，夾不穩，頂灑中間一個小窟窿，大水柱嘩啦啦打我
環境：安靜，牆隔音效果好，樓下就有便利店大馬路，隔條街就是雙蓮市場很多特色小吃
服務：就正常服務吧，小妹前台也很好説話

CCVFI had to book suddenly so it couldn't get the cheapest rate but still the value is excellent. The reservation includes breakfast. There is a washing machine and a place to dry your clothes free of charge. The breakfast is amazing. The service is also amazing, even though no one speaks English. The door on my bathroom got stuck so a maintenance man came up and fixed it. And then the washing machine door got stuck, so one of the girls from the front desk came up and fixed that. Highly recommend this place

Entering the hotel lobby, the environment is spacious and bright, the staff is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is also very fast. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable, and I had a very refreshing sleep. The facilities in the room are complete, the TV, air conditioning, kettle, etc. are all working well, and the bathroom is also very clean and has no odor. The hotel’s breakfast is also very rich, with all kinds of bread, cakes, fruits and drinks, and the taste is also very good. Other shortcomings are not much under this foil, but the facilities are old and the sanitation is average: the quilt is a bit yellowed, and the bathrobe belt is about to break...
