The front desk clerk was very good, and he took the initiative to borrow an umbrella for me when it rained. The price is very close to the people. The only small suggestion is that the paper towels in this room are a bit smaller, hahaha 😂, the paper towels are not as big as the box.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I could feel their intentions. The room was cleaned very cleanly, the sheets were white as new, and the bathroom did not have a smell, so I lived in peace of mind. The facilities and equipment are also very complete, high-definition TV, everything is available, fully meets daily needs.
The service attitude of the staff is nothing to say, super intimate! Knowing that the elderly are inconvenient to move, they not only take the initiative to help carry luggage, but also patiently ask for needs. What touched me most was that the hotel provided free pick-up and drop-off service at Xinxiang Medical Affiliated Hospital, and it was arranged properly every time. Staff will carefully help the elderly get on and off the bus, and will care about the health of the elderly along the way, as warm as family.
This stay made me and my family particularly worry-free. During the elderly's medical treatment, the hotel is like our warm haven. I really recommend it to friends who come to Xinxiang Medical Affiliated Hospital for medical treatment. It is correct to choose this hotel!
