華住新版裝修，酒店環境、基本設施、工作人員服務態度沒什麼問題，就是提了問題不解決。 1. 晚上洗衣服的時候見到酒店工程部的工作人員，提了熱水不夠熱的問題，第二天早上起來洗澡還是老樣子。入住當天又雨又冷，氣温不到10度，沒有足夠熱的熱水洗澡幸福感-80%，和房間電視上宣傳口號“洗個好澡”形成鮮明對比，足夠諷刺。 2. 早餐，撈粉冷的。後面解釋説當地撈粉不過熱水，OK我接受，但是在衹有幾度的早上像冰一樣凍的撈粉實在不合適。但放暖爐裏的紅蘿蔔臘腸炒菇像冰一樣透心涼，這就實在不應該了。後面還解釋半天，越説火氣越大。 特別提一下，員工服務態度沒問題，但是在客人有意見、有火氣的時候不會給客人順氣，緩解客人情緒。這點多多培訓吧。
