The room is small but the layout is very warm, clean and tidy, making people feel very comfortable, the location is not in the city center, but not far from all places, just walk around. All in all I had a good stay. The lady at the reception was very helpful. The bathroom wasnt propely cleaned but they cleaned it after my complain. One has to take into account the reception has limited working hours - you have to tell arrival time in advance.
