TTTshisuanWhen I got there, I told me that I booked a women's room. Then I didn't choose on the platform, there were 8 people and 12 people. I also asked me to add money to upgrade to a single room. After nearly half an hour of battle, I was allowed to upgrade to a single room for free. Not very pleasant
12 people are OK. After all, there are many people, that's it. The toilet is OK, it is not convenient to put clothes.

GGuest UserOur stay at Cermeños House was wonderful. The service was truly great, attentive, friendly, and always respectful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well cared for, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special thank you to Elizabeth and Stephanie, who consistently went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. They made us feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely at home throughout our stay. Their kindness and dedication really made a difference.
We highly recommend Cermeños House and would gladly stay here again.

GGuest UserSecond time I stayed and I had the same room. Once again I had wonderful experience. This property is a short walk (15-20 minutes) from central, it’s very spacious, clean, kitchen is well equipped and very quiet. I loved it and can only recommend it.
Little advice, contact the property before your arrival as it is a self service and so you will need codes to get in the house and your room. I didn’t have an internet connection but luckily there was a lady inside who let me in and showed everything.

Friendly young woman at the reception who spoke very good English .
