They offer free shuttle to/from Juanda airport. The people are always nice. I always book this hotel whenever my flight schedule is in the morning. They would provide breakfast in a box if you couldn't afford the time to enjoy it at the hotel which is superb.

for location no doubt, best but sureprised if this hotel open recently after close for view months so the cleanliness was bad.

very good for stay with that price but one thing the owner need to improve is aircond because it’s not cold as it supposed to be

For the location, it is close to the tourist market and dining, quite close to the airport. But the minus is that there is no mini soap/toothpaste, no tissues, no drinking water. The reason in the room is said that it saves plastic. Well, you can produce liquid soap that refills on the wall, and if you want to drink water, it can be provided in the gallon dispenser in front of the room, then visitors will press it by themselves. I have reduced plastic because I don't use a bottled drink. Emang may be the only hotel who really screams about the facilities, even though I returned to the comfort and rating of the hotel alone
