EEsther KomarThe Roxy is a relatively new hotel. Room very clean. Close to many food outlets and also a couple of grocery stors. Only complaint is other guests leaving early and being very noisy. Suggest management put up some signs to request all guests have regard for others and not be noisy in the corridors.

SSr@This hotel is super convenient – it's just a few minutes from the airport and directly connected to a mall, making shopping and dining a breeze. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great air conditioning, and the 16th-floor view is absolutely stunning. Breakfast offers a wide variety, and the Sarawak Laksa was incredibly delicious. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making it fantastic value for money. I highly recommend it! Plus, they even offer free power bank rentals, which shows great attention to detail and made for an excellent overall experience.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, which set the tone for the rest of my stay.
The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and has a great atmosphere, which made it an ideal place to unwind.
Additionally, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent service provided throughout my stay.

AAnonymous UserIts just ok to stay at this hotel,as the place is covinient to move around not far from City centre..spacy room with window view..even though there is no towel given on the first day stay as they have no stock for it,but still ok for me..hopefully in future they will spare it for confirm booked customer..overall stayed were ok..

JJanetI arrived in a downpour and it was clear reception was not interested whatsoever in showing me to my room. It was dark and there were tons of stairs and a gate and more stairs on this sprawling property so I was literally stumbling in the dark and rain heaving luggage up stairs and more stairs until I finally located my room, which was quite lovely. Breakfast would have been OK--just toast, which is fine--but the butter tasted rancid, the jam looked strange. I didn't have the peanut butter. There's a large water jug for refilling your bottle with filtered water, which is a bonus. Pool itself is nice, but loungers are wooden and there are no pillows or cushioning, or umbrellas or any kind of shade; that could be improved. Overall, it's a really lovely little manor house steeped in character and history.

Mmimie yumniThe staff was so rude. I go to the laundry across the building & try to sit on the lobby's couch then he told me that he want to mop the floor over there, then i move to the other side but he told me just go back to your room with a rude tone that i got so pissed off. I go back to my room & when i go downstair again he don't actually mop the floor. We stay at the same place on 21st but the staff on shift is so nice but not this one. Keep on telling us to return the iron within 2 hours when the first guy don't even tell us to return the iron. During checkout i need to wait quite a while to get my deposit back. Push the bell multiple times but nobody come & when she come, not even single word of apologize come out from her mouth & she didn't even smile.
