Pros: Fast and helpful communication from reception, friendly housekeeping and very quick check out process. Cons: The room was okay, though a few plugs weren’t working. Just a heads up to the location, its perfect if you’re a foodie and plan to only travel in Puchong area, but if you need to travel outside of Puchong, the traffic is quite bad which makes Grab pricey. Even though there is LRT nearby (8-minute walk), it’s a sweaty walk in the sun or messy one in the rain. It’s only convenient if you’re staying strictly within the Puchong area or booking Grab at non-peak hours.

Worth the price. Easy check in and chec out. Parking is available along the hotel building, but it may be hard because it is limited, but there is carpark behind the hotel (with charge). Iron ia available on every floor, you can use iron at the balcony. Room service is satisfactory. Cons: 1. remote control for aircond is out of battery, so we cannot adjust the temperature 2. No hot water for shower 3. Tap and shower head are leaking.

The room was great, just a bit on the small side. The price was really reasonable, and the location was super convenient – pretty much everything was within walking distance. Plus, there were plenty of places to eat nearby and shopping was a breeze.

The Essentials: You get the basics—clean beds, air-con, and reliable Wi-Fi—but very little extra space. The Main Downside: Street spots are rare, so expect to pay for nearby open-air parking. Final Word: Great for your wallet and your commute; not for those who need a large room or luxury facilities.

Good place for short stays. Have visited this hotel a few times and finally made a booking on Trip for the discounts offered. While the room may be small but it is clean and has a cozy bed. Toilet is clean as well.

For me I was having so much fun and the place so convenient for solo travel. It so near to a lot of store around too, If you love walking around than you should. The place not that big but comfortable mostly off solo travel like me. This hotel also strategic for my event, it only take a few too ideal live arena. It the best self trip for me, I will come again for sure. It also clean and comfortable. Thank you for all convenient and the staff also friendly. Just one thing, I think a bit confusing, the staff give card and key as well, but card is different room no and can't be use. Thank god, the key work perfectly. If there is no card you can just give key to customer, cause we need to keep both safe and give back before check out, so it kind worried it went forgotten because it not being use. Just that a bit complain I have but overall good service and place.

I would like to file a complaint about an evening staff member. I arrived at around 9pm, and the staff member (a slightly overweight man) showed a very poor attitude. We had already called earlier to inform that we would check in late and requested to stay in the same room for two nights. However, he responded impatiently, saying it wasn’t him who answered the call and that he couldn’t help. I understand system limitations, but there was no need for him to raise his voice and sound confrontational. His behavior was unprofessional.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the room was well-maintained, and the facilities met my expectations. The staff were attentive and made my stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice place to stay, especially because it is very close to the MRT and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The room is comfortable and the design is nice. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and the location is very convenient. Would consider staying here again.
