2-Star Hotels in Petaling District

Location was easy to reach. I think all the services and amenities provided are worth the price. Certain sanitary products were not provided but it is understandable for the price per night. The only not so good point is the shower - the water flow was very small and the water was getting too hot so I have to keep adjusting so it doesn't get overheat. Overall, it's still good.

It was pretty good. The hotel lobby is quite spacious. My stay overall was pleasant, a satisfactory experience. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. The only downside is it's a bit far from places to eat, so you need to take a taxi.

I stayed 2 times in Mixx Hotel. There are 2 type of room, the new part of the hotel which has more amenities, netflix & youtube tv selection, water kettle, bigger bathroom and bigger room. Where there’s also an older type of room with smaller room, smaller bathroom, only channel selection television, no water kettle, but there’s a small fridge inside. However the older type of room has some mold parts on the ceiling which is kinda humid, and not as clean as the new type of room. The photo that I uploaded is the newer type of room.

I had a disappointing first stay here. I arrived early and was asked to pay extra for early check in, which I refused, but I agreed to wait. The staff then allowed me to check in early without clearly explaining that my room access would end at 7pm. Later that evening, my room was locked, which caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. The room itself was very basic and felt old. There were noises from rats/mice at night, the towels and bedsheets looked worn, and the TV only had a few channels. Parking is also not free. On the positive side, Hotel 99 SS2 Petaling Jaya is located in a very central area with many shops, restaurants, and a night market nearby. The staff were generally Ok, but overall the experience lacked professionalism. Suitable only if you need a cheap place to stay for one night and don’t expect much.

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The service was excellent, the room was well-maintained, and the facilities met my expectations. The staff were attentive and made my stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

注意了這家酒店沒有沒有前台，沒有人工，衹能自己自助辦理入住，對於外國人不方便。 在攜程定的房間，無法在攜程找到酒店的客服。門口貼了酒店的電話號碼，一定要確保自己的旅遊卡是可以打電話的，否則真的很難聯繫上酒店人員。我是通過租客（華裔）朋友聯繫到了酒店，同時攜程官方客服也聯繫了酒店，才入住成功。 希望可以在頁面上貼上酒店的微信號，提前添加外國遊客的微信或者其他軟件 公寓環境挺不錯的，有自助的吹風機和燒水壺，樓下貼了WiFi密碼，不吵鬧

The hotel was very comfortable with connecting rooms for a family of 6. They just need to fix a leaky pipe in one of the rooms. The parking under the hotel is strategically located. Would repeat if I have business in the area again.

Great hospitality from Front officer Mahidul. And all the staff are so friendly.. Thank you all.. and as an 3star hotel hotel are so clean from others hotel cleanliness no issue. And when I need them they are always ready to help guest this is so amazing..thanks

As you can see the mosaic already cracked before we get enter the room. This is the safety issues concern.And another issues is i book for standard twin bed, and requested has window. But i got the queen bed and didnt have windows.

My 1st time in this budget hotel but service and amenities are more like a 3 star. Room equipped with TV, a very cold AC, a very bright lit room, Electrolux water pump heater, hair dryer, study table with chair, wardrobe with clothes hanger, door room with safety double lock feature, a clean basin & WC, an electronic keycard to power up the room amenities, 4 power sockets, clean towel and 2 mugs. AC and TV remote control is functioning well. The iron and ironing board is provided at the common floor area of each floor. Hot & Cold water filter dispenser is located at each corner of the common floor area. The hotel has a lift. Parking is free on Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. The hotel is located at a strategic location with a 2-minutes walk to McDonalds, Burger King & KFC. The hotel is in between of ZUS Coffee & 7-11 Convenience Store. Coffee shop and cafeteria is within walking distance. Various restaurant cuisine such as Thai, Korean, Vegetarian, Malaysian, Chinese are within the walking distance from thr hotel. A coin operated clothes washer and dryer is just 3 shop-lot away from the hotel. A short 7minutes walking distance to the opposite is Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall and Sunway Lagoon theme park. A connecting BRT station to USJ7 LRT station is just 1km away. The room is newly renovated, spacious, clean, quiet and hotel provide free high speed WiFi. A comfy clean bed comes with 4 clean pillows. Fast check in and check out without room deposit. A sofa at the lobby area. It's definitely worth your every penny. Will come back again in the future.
