Shawn BobstFriendly staff. Comfortable beds. Nice hot breakfast. They clean your room every other day which is fine but they only had one make up remover wipe for our three night stay. I used the facial soap & a washcloth for the second night & they cleaned the room but didn't leave any more makeup wipes & took the facial soap :(

ThomasThis stay wasn’t as pleasant as the last. Once again, we arrive, check in and go straight to the room. We unpack, and yet again the ac isn’t working. So yet again our first night there and we have to change rooms again. Mind you we booked this hotel for 5 of the last 7 days. Lol. Didn’t mind switching rooms because in the heat I have a hard time breathing due to health issues. Half way thru this stay an elevator gets stuck. We notified the guy behind the desk and he says “my boss called” but take the steps until I can look at it. Crazy!!!

Guest UserFirst of all, the water pressure there was amazing. The room was updated, the mattresses were not; they looked old and kind of dirty. It was a very basic room, but its proximity to the airport made up for it. The hotel staff were friendly. I can’t speak for breakfast because our flight was earlier than it started.

Really good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!

Overall, would stay again because the location is near the airport and it's affordable. But I was staying on the first floor and the window to the parking lot was shattered and difficult to lock. A man staying in the room above me was yelling until 3 in the morning. I normally really enjoy a microtel but this stay was awful.

Carpet was filthy and the room smelled like a wet rag (Room 121). This was an unusual experience for Extended Stay hotel for us though. I hope this review is taken constructively and used for improvement.

Location is right off the highway so can be very convenient though the exit can be tricky depending on what side of the highway you are coming off of. Nothing spectacular about the neighborhood but the hotel is clean and fairly comfortable. Service at front is very good. No continental breakfast as advertised which was very disappointing. All and all decent spot.

SHIHANThe hotel is located on the right side of the road opposite the University of Pittsburgh, close to pitt and cmu. Hotel facilities are a bit old, the air conditioning in the room is noisy, and overall it is OK.
