The booking was a bit tortuous, but the result was quite satisfactory. Since the day was Valentine's Day, the booking has been unsuccessful, but the customer service is very responsible, has been helping to communicate and coordinate, and finally successfully booked, and gave a room rate discount, thank you very much 🙏

Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed.

The hotel is in the city center and has convenient transportation. There is a kitchen where you can cook something and a bathtub. It is big enough. However, the surrounding road construction is a little inconvenient. I drove my own car and parking is free.

Very clean hotel, very comfortable beds, awesomen staff and great connection to the airport.
Breakfast could be improved, very few options and very few refills. Also the space for breakfast is very tiny and it gets very crowded.

For me, the number one priority for a stay is cleanliness. Overall, our first impression of cleanliness in the hotel was a bit poor when you enter the hallway with an extremely dirty, dust-filled carpet. Upon entering the room, it looked fine - clean but very old-looking. The material on the chairs was peeling off. The bathroom was clean enough, but I still did not want to go barefoot in the shower. Note that all the towels are jet black, so you get piece of mind knowing that no stains will show up on them if there are any: Take that information however you want to interpret it. However our biggest grievance was that there was a small bloodstain on the bedsheets. I still trusted that it was probably clean and simply just a stain, but nevertheless… Gross.
Overall, it’s fine as budget room. You get what you pay for. If you lower your standards enough, this place will do.
On the other hand, the location was fantastic. Close to the beach and walking distance to quite a lot of fantastic restaurants.

At a price of more than 100 dollars, it is quite cost-effective to live in this location. You can't compare the conditions of a hotel with a price of 400 dollars.
The guy at the front desk of the hotel was very nice. He said that it was only a five-minute walk to the beach and told me the way to the supermarket, etc. He was very warm and considerate.
The only drawback was that the noise was a bit loud, haha, I hope the boss's business is prosperous and he can replace the sealed windows and the air conditioner when he has money.

The facilities are quite good for the price. The room is very spacious. But beware, if you're a light sleeper, don't even think about staying here. Planes fly by every three minutes very close to the hotel, and you can hear their engines. If you're a heavy sleeper, this is your hotel. It's the best value in Miami. What happened to us was some awkward people in the room above us who made noise all night. But that's not the hotel's fault.

Humm, like other people said, its not clean at all.
Saw buds twice(you know what kind of bugs im talking about). There's hair in the bed, not ours. There is mole in the fridge...
I suggest that you bring your own bedsheets if you book here. Everything is outdated, but i don't mind it.
I think it could be a nice hotel if the onwner pay more attention on the cleanliness.
The location is good, checkin and check out are so smooth.
