2-Star Hotels in Polk County

We stayed here for two nights to drop off my kid at college. The hotel was very close to the airport, yet surprisingly quiet! Also, i was able to deliver some packages to the hotel and pick them up on the way to the college - very very convenient. Their recreation room, the gym and the pool are better than most other hotels we tried. The staff are super friendly.

American hotels don't have so much decoration, but they are simple and clean. The surrounding environment is average, but it is quiet and convenient for parking.

Good price, very nice room! Amazing breakfast buffet! Fabulous mattresses--semi-firm but with a thick smushy layer on top. I'm verrry picky about hotel mattresses. This stay will bring me back!

The hotel is convenient, located close to the airport, there is a free transfer to the airport, but it was impossible to sleep in the room because of the neighbors, very poor soundproofing, you could hear literally every rustle, the breakfast is very poor, but for its price it is very good, suitable for spending one night

Good Location, Beautiful Establishment, Great Breakfast & Friendly Excellent Staff

This is a clean motel. The rooms are clean. Really good housekeeping here. Courteous staff. If I'm ever traveling thru Des Moines again, this will be my place to stay.

Booked an early flight and stayed at the hotel the first day. The freshman went home during the winter vacation and just turned 18. The other hotel did not allow check-in. I temporarily changed to this hotel. I called the front desk in advance and confirmed that I could stay at the age of 18. The hotel's pick-up and drop-off service is great, there are a lot of delicious food around the hotel, and you can also order takeaway to the room. The free breakfast was actually served at 3 am, the room was very clean, very close to the airport. This experience was great and will come to live next time.

I had a great stay during my visit. The location was convenient, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well-maintained. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, making the entire experience hassle-free. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.
