STOWAWAY is a breezy two story town house; excellent for two couples or a family. It is part of a small, 8 unit group known as VILLAS ON THE UPPER DECK. It is located just above town. The Southern Exposure is a 3 bedroom 3 bath spacious home located in Fish Bay, on St. John's south shore, just a quick twelve minute drive to Cruz Bay, where you'll find markets, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.Away from the hustle and bustle of town, Southern Exposure offers guests the quiet and solace that brings people to St. John. The Home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. New split AC unit in the great room, window AC units in each bedroom.The upstairs/downstairs layout provides two separate and spacious communal living areas with large decks so this home is perfect for families with children, or separate groups of couples wishing some ‘private space’. The lower living area (full AC) has laundry, bathroom, bedroom w)ensuite bath and living room. The third bedroom does not have an ensuite bath, you will need to access the second bathroom off the lower living room from the outside porch or front door area.The raised deck pool, is surrounded by beautiful native stone and coral walls and an array of colorful bougainvillea, allemande flowers, hibiscus and palm trees.Southern Exposure offers panoramic St. John ocean views and trade wind breezes. We also own Mojo Blue 2 BR, 1BR and Studio which are located next to Indigo Blue in the front row building same level.The Studio Suite features a granite kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and hot plate. A Weber electric grill is located on the front balcony. The Studio has a king size bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The full bath has granite counters and a tiled shower. All linens including beach towels are provided. Additionally, beach chairs and coolers are available for your use. Each condo has a washer / dryer combo, and they are fully air conditioned. Indigo Blue is less than a 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars and the ferry dock. As you arrive on the ferry Grande Bay is on your right in Cruz Bay harbor. Upon arrival our property manager will greet you at the dock and escort you to Indigo Blue. The Studio does not have a reserved parking space. Only the 2 Bedroom and 1 Bedroom condos come with a reserved space. Many guests prefer to walk to restaurants and shopping and hire taxis for transport to the north shore beaches. The front desk at Grande Bay will arrange taxi transportation for all Indigo Blue guests.
