Die Website sollte angepasst werden. zB. das Frühstück Samstag, Sonntag ist nicht mehr in der Sagibeiz, jedoch nach wie vor so angepriesen. Der Fernseher ist ohne Gebrauchsanweisung nur für EDV-Cracks problemlos nutzbar. Es sollte für jeden Gast eine Zutrittskarte ins Zimmer, resp. ins Hotel vorhanden sein, auch für Paare.  Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Im Bereich des Schlafes wäre es gut, auch kleinere und weniger schwere Kissen vorzufinden.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, featuring a large living room with a balcony. It was clean and tidy, and we appreciated having two televisions in the room. Although we booked a room with lake views, the view was somewhat limited. On the 3rd floor, you can barely see the lake, and even on the 4th floor, the view is only partial. However, this was not a major issue for us. One thing to note is that the bathroom walls and doors do not extend fully to the ceiling and floor, leaving gaps at the top and bottom. While this design looks fine, it means there is no proper ventilation in the bathroom, so any odors can easily spread into the room. The hotel operates on a self check-in system. We contacted the staff before our arrival, and the check-in process went smoothly despite a minor hiccup with the payment. The staff were very responsive and resolved the issue immediately when we called. For those who want to enjoy the beautiful lake view, there is a podium on the 7th or 8th floor, which is a nice place to take in the surroundings. However, we were quite disappointed with the breakfast experience. The choices were limited, and the most troubling part was the presence of numerous flies. There were at least 10-20 flies flying around, which made us uncomfortable and led us to leave the restaurant with an unfilled stomach. Just thinking about it gives me goosebumps. Aside from the breakfast issue, the hotel is quiet and lovely.

Very cool atmosphere, super floor apartment for the family, a big choice for breakfast and is always reported.

Hotel location is perfect and nearby have everything we need. Also it was good to go Heididorf and Zurich. The staff were all nice and helpful. Recommend it!

Beautiful family hotel in the middle of Bad Ragaz is quite well reached, rooms have almost everything you need for a night, unfortunately the heating was a little weak set. The bed was not well-developed, tea, coffee is provided. Breakfast was also well equipped with great service. Internet Stabil , Reichlich TV programs.

The hotel is located next to the BAD RAGAZ high-end golf club, backed by mountains, with its own garden, simple design, and free swimming pools, saunas and other leisure facilities. It is a good place for a leisure vacation. There are not many kinds of breakfast, but it is acceptable. There is no air conditioning in the room, so you have to open the window. Although the air is good, flying insects may come in, so those who are concerned should consider it carefully.

You can enjoy the lake and mountains in the room, the beauty is to the extreme, and it is a perfect experience. The service staff is very warm and friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and it is deliberately decorated with a little romance. So willing to share, so that more people can experience the beauty.

Nice hotel just a few metres from the lake via an underpass under the railway line. Had dinner at the hotel and the food was excellent. Also breakfast was good with lot of choice.

This hotel suited our needs, as we wanted to explore the untourist part of Switzerland. The hotel was the first hotel we have booked on the trip app which was not prepaid. When we arrived at the hotel it was automated entry with us entering our details into a entry machine by inputting your name and locating your booking and inserting payment card. Your room key is than printed and you swipe in. The rooms are clean with a nice decor with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The beds are comfy and we slept well as located in a quite location. Maybe too quite for some as most shops where closed. There is a local pub near by with friendly bar staff. Breakfast is provided but limited with choice compared to other places we have stayed. I liked that freewater was provided in the room which was a nice gesture. Bathroom is functional with very good shower pressure.

Hotel decor is new, room is fairly big, breakfast included, and self-checkin/out mode. Carpark is available but limited spaces.
