MM20903****The room was clean, everything was neatly organized, and the space was spacious. A small detail: the toiletries were unscrewable, which made them very safe to use! They were attentive in every way. After washing, they even dried and returned the clothes to the room, which was very thoughtful. The location was also great, very close to East Station, and a taxi would take you directly to the door. The only downside was a slightly unpleasant smell from the drain, but it didn't affect the experience.

GGuest UserThis place is great. Very clean and everything is new and hi-tech. A robot brings your orders to you right to your room door. Smart toilet seat (warmed-up at all times). Motion detector-activated night lights. Smart mirror.
I twisted an ankle playing polo on the 2nd day of my Haikou stay. And, instead of having a nice tropical vacation, had to spend almost 3 weeks in bed in my hotel room, barely able to walk. The hotel staff went out of their way to help me cope with the injury. They were giving me Hainan specialty foods, like coconut candy and coconut chips for free.
Special thanks to
1) the Front Desk staff. All of them.
2) the 7th Floor cleaning ladies. They cleaned my room daily, while I actually had to sit in the room, as I had a hard time walking. They showed simpathy and understanding and were wishing me speedy recovery every day.
On the check-out day I had an early morning flight to catch, so I checked out at 4am. The front desk girl gave me for free a pack of milk, a packed cookie and a pack of nuts so I could have a quick breakfast. I didn't even ask for that, so thanks.
My best wishes and thanks to this hotel, its staff and management!

MM447818****The room looks exactly like the pictures, truly living up to its 'Sunset Stroll' name. We booked the Sunset Stroll room, and sitting inside watching the sea was incredibly beautiful. Plus, the room gets wonderfully warm from the sun during the day. It's also super close to the beach; you're basically there the moment you step out. Our housekeeper provided exceptional service, helping with our luggage and parking the car. I even left my phone on a chair by the door, and the staff not only found it but also charged it for me – that was incredibly thoughtful. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift to take home to our family. Even though they were just snacks, you could tell how much heart the owners put into it. For afternoon tea, I chose hot tea and was pleasantly surprised it was warm ginger tea. I truly commend this place; they are very attentive. Friends visiting Haikou definitely shouldn't miss this – highly recommended! It's the front-row house for sea views, the closest to the ocean, truly one of a kind.

MM306437****I booked the Mishu Hotel through Ctrip. It's super close to Haikou East Station, which was really convenient. The hotel facilities are great, well-arranged, and the room was very spacious, clean, and even had smart controls. For just over a hundred yuan, it's excellent value for money and very economical. The staff were all smiles, and my stay was very pleasant. The only downside was that the elevator wasn't installed yet, which was a bit of a struggle for us older folks.

I felt the hotel was sincere and offered a very good value. If you're driving, it's very close to nearby attractions, especially the night market and the Qilou Museum, which are quite nice!

However, the open-plan sink area can be a bit noisy, and while the toilet is separate, it's not fully enclosed. This could be awkward if you're sharing with someone you're not very close to; it's really only suitable for families.

AAnonymous UserThe B&B is at the very edge of the village. Because it is newly built and not yet complete, there are no food or supermarkets around. We booked this hotel for a sea view room. It cost over 400 in the off-season, which was not cost-effective. The room had a nice sea view. We lived on the fourth floor. The elevator broke down on the night of check-in, so we had to take the stairs every time. The elevator was still not repaired when we left the hotel the next morning. When we went downstairs at 7 a.m., there was no one at the lobby counter. I called the boss, and someone came after 8 a.m. to deliver soup noodles for breakfast, saying it was a local specialty. The room only included breakfast for two people, and if there were more people, they had to pay an extra 20 yuan per person. It is particularly worth mentioning that there were no stools in the room, so we had to stand to eat. Later, I asked the boss to bring stools into the room. In order to save space, the hotel placed the washbasin next to the bed, which looked okay, but every time I washed my hands, the water made a loud noise, and it was right next to the bed, disturbing the rest of the person sleeping. If you just want to see the sea and don't care about other things, you can stay here. There is still a lot of room for improvement. I still hope that the hotel will become more and more perfect.
