This family run homestay is the most magnificent one I’ve ever stayed in. From the luxurious room (including a fancy bidet, remote controlled curtains, mountain view, comfy bed and pillows), to the second to none customer service, this has been a highlight of my trip! It is located in a charming neighborhood as well. I enjoyed strolling around the streets. There were sweet ladies right outside selling a bag of apricots for 10 yuan (of which each and everyone I ate was delicious!). There is a language barrier, however, so long as you have WeChat, the owner will add you as a friend and the messaging platform automatically translates each other‘s messages, which made communication very doable. Breakfast is 10 yuan and there are plenty of very affordable options to choose from for dinner. All staff are very gracious, free transportation to the airport and Huashan mountain (you can purchase tickets via the owner and she will provide QR codes for the cable cars, although staff at the visitor center may not know, as was in my case, that they need to manually input your passport number into the machine to find your digital ticket as there is no QR code for the park entry ticket, just your passport). If you want to stay somewhere right near Mount Huashan, you can’t find a better deal. Stay here, you will not be disappointed!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, situated close to the hiking route of Huashan, though a bit farther from the city center. The area itself is very calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxation.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff took great care of me throughout my stay. Mr. Xiao was especially helpful, he assisted me in purchasing hiking tickets and even offered transportation between the hotel, the train station, and the hiking area, which made everything so much easier.
The atmosphere at the hotel was warm and welcoming, and the service was truly outstanding. I felt so comfortable that I even decided to extend my stay.
The breakfast was excellent and the overall authenticity and quality of service were rare to find.
I was truly happy to stay here and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

This stay in Huashan was perfect! The B&B is quiet and elegant, surrounded by green trees. When you open the window, you can see the mountains and the sound of birds singing in the early morning, which makes people feel relaxed and comfortable. The B&B is in an excellent location, very close to the North Peak trail entrance, which saves a lot of time and energy and provides great convenience for the mountain climbing trip. The boss and his family are warm and hospitable, and they are meticulous in everything from front desk reception to room service. They not only inform you of climbing precautions in advance and share the best viewing routes, but also thoughtfully prepare climbing supplies. The room is warmly decorated, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped, and there aren't a lot of bugs just because it's at the foot of the mountain. Both the hardware conditions and service quality are impeccable, and it is highly recommended to every friend who comes to Huashan! Little Huashan, take it! (North up and North down)

This place was great - it's close to Huashan, the food was good (great) and the family that runs it is very sweet and very helpful. If you don't speak Chinese they are great at translating for you. Also, they will take you wherever you need to go which isn't common elsewhere. They are concerned with your well-being for sure, and my friend had a problem with food poisoning and they were very helpful and supportive even though we had to extend by a couple days. Overall a great experience and I hope to be back!

Top-notched hospitality experience. It is best stay my entire xi'an trip! Owner is very enthusiastic and helpful to guide through the climbing advice and tips. The room is cleans, big and comfortable offered at a very affordable price. As a foreigner traveler, I faced issues to purchase for the cableway ticket due to the official website only allow to purchase for entrance ticket for foreigner. Thankfully, the owner’s wife was extremely responsive and helped me secure the tickets quickly before reaching the tourist center! They also provide free transport service from the train station to the hotel as well. Location is very near to the Hua Shan tourist center (just a few minutes car ride to the center). A must stay hotel for the hiking lover!

During this trip to Xi'an, even the children evaluated this as the most comfortable hotel we stayed in. The beautiful view of Huashan outside the window, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, let me enjoy it in bed. Although the name is a homestay, it is cleaner than many star hotels! I like this very much, because I am also a bit clean. The house is very new and the boss is warm and thoughtful! The recommended food is really good! This is the first time I seriously evaluate a hotel!!! I didn't get a double bed room, so I booked a twin bed. There is a stadium outside the window, with a good view. The whole house is smart, which makes me suspect that the boss is a second-generation entrepreneur. Although I don't like smart curtains, the boss's service is also very good. If there is a problem with the kettle, he will immediately replace it with a new one and send two bottles of water. It's the first time I enjoy the treatment of a beautiful woman driving an Audi to pick me up at the station. The next day, I decided to go hiking. Another guy drove to the tourist center and parked on the side of the road to wait for me to buy breakfast. Seeing that I bought dry food, he reminded me to buy some soy milk or something. I am so grateful, so I bought a cup to thank him haha. The hotel can buy tickets on behalf of others, but they just put a sign there, not pushing it hard, very friendly and comfortable. On the way to the tourist center, they also reminded me of other precautions. A happy, satisfactory and lucky stay experience! !! The hygiene is clean and tidy, the service is in place, and it is close to the tourist center and the city. Everything is great! Let me talk about the most poke my special car transfer! From the high-speed rail station to the homestay, after going down the mountain, from the scenic spot to the homestay, there is a car to pick up a phone call. After climbing Huashan legs, it is not your own. This service directly hits the ”savior” on the public screen. Self-driving is more convenient, there are charging piles in the yard, the tram party does not have to worry about the renewal, charge the electricity and rest, and the sense of security is full.
The room is clean and bright, the mountain view is outside the window, and the shadow of Huashan can be seen on the bed. But the most amazing is the terrace! In the evening, I moved a chair and sat here. The sunset dyed the rock wall of Huashan golden red. The evening wind blew over with mountain air. The sweat and tiredness of climbing during the day were all blown away. You can also have a drink on the terrace at night, and you can look up at the stars.
Next time you come to Huashan, this one is locked! There is a special car, can charge, and the terrace can enjoy the scenery. After climbing the mountain, I will return blood here, so I don’t have to come here for a trip. ～

GGuest UserShanshui Tianyuan is a homestay near Huashan Visitor Center! There is a large courtyard here, not far from the Visitor Center. It can pick up and drop off Huashan Station, Huashan North Station, and Huashan Visitor Center. It is a newly renovated homestay that has not been long. The room facilities are very new, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The room facilities and sanitary products are comparable to those of a fast hotel. There are hot water, disposable toilet mats, hair dryers, etc. The bedding is also relatively comfortable and clean. The decoration feels like a fast hotel model, with a terrace and clothes hangers! The washbasin is convenient and comfortable, clean and hygienic, with a moderate area and very spacious. In short, it is a good homestay. The three meals a day, the store's dishes are well fried and the taste is very light. On the first day, the boss recommended the West Up and North Down! Because we forgot the time while playing in Shanshui, it was already 6:30 pm when we arrived at the visitor center, and it was 6:53 pm. We almost missed the bus. We communicated with the boss in advance on WeChat on the bus and asked the driver to take our luggage stored in the store and wait for us at the exit. We arrived at the high-speed rail station about 12 minutes after exiting the station. The train was 10 minutes late, and we waited less than two minutes for ticket checking, so we did not miss the bus. Outside the bamboo forest courtyard outside the window, Huashan Mountain is just around the corner. You can also visit the village at the foot of Huashan Mountain after night. Before check-in, their family will contact you in advance to arrange a pick-up stop. It will also be arranged to be delivered to the entrance of the scenic spot the next day, which is very close, just a few minutes away. We finished climbing Huashan that day, and it was already very late. The boss would also come to the visitor center to pick us up. The service was very warm and family-like. GGuest UserIt was my first time to stay in a famous hotel. With just one phone call, the proprietress showed up to pick us up at the high-speed rail station and introduced us all the way. When we arrived, we found that it was really at the foot of Huashan Mountain, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air was sweet.
I got up not too early in the morning, wrapped myself in my coat, and walked around in the slightly wintery atmosphere. Huashan Mountain was shrouded in mist, the branches were full of persimmons, and the kitchen had a strong smell of meat. It was great to live here!
Thanks to the boss for allowing me to eat such delicious persimmons (taught me to take off the lid, wipe it with my hands, and suck it, it’s so sweet! The important thing is that I don’t need to wash it~.~)

SSarahHotel is not near main *****, however close to the mountain entrance and couple of mins Didi ride. Hotel accepts foreigners however do not speak, but can communicate everything via WeChat English/ translation no problem. Hotel owner will go out of her way to help us. Driver is always happy to accomodate drop off and pick up and easily organise through WeChat. We spent 12hours on the mountain and the main reason for our stay. Thank you for welcoming Australians and we thank the driver and owner for being so welcoming despite the language barrier. We had noodles for dinner at the hotel which was very tasty!

The hotel's location is close to Huashan Station and Yuquan Hospital. You may consider hiking up the mountain ~ the new decoration is very clean and the rooms are large. There is also a washing machine and dryer available, so you don’t have to worry about dirty clothes after hiking :)

I forgot to take a photo of the room. This B&B I booked when I went to Huashan is in a village. There are no small shops around, but you can order takeout. I arrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, and the boss drove to pick me up.
There weren't many shops left when I ordered takeout, so I suggest you eat first before coming back.
The next day, the boss drove us to the tourist center and we could store our luggage for free!
I went north and west and stayed in the mountains for a day. The next day when I came back to pick up my luggage, the boss even sent me to the high-speed train 😭 He was such a nice guy! ! ! ! !

The most important thing is that I feel the sincere service from the boss to the service staff.
This time I came out on a whim, just to take the children out and stay away from mobile phones, so I left in a hurry. I didn't make a guide to Huashan, thinking that everything would be fine if I bought a cable car ticket. I found out on the train that I had to buy tickets, but the tickets on the official website were sold out. I had to embark on the journey, and my wife encouraged me to say that it was okay, as long as I came out, it didn't matter where I went, I would try my luck, and I was a little calmer. I kept swiping tickets on the train, but to no avail. So I put my hope on the god of luck.
When I checked in at our protagonist hotel, I told my situation to our front desk staff. She immediately left my mobile phone number and said she would help me contact her, which was very comforting. Because May Day was too hot, I made many calls, but to no avail. So they gave me some advice. During this process, there were two other people who were traveling by car but didn't have tickets. Thanks to the help of the hotel staff, they bought tickets for the night climb and asked me if I was interested. They could help me introduce them to take a ride with them. Although I felt it was not appropriate, I gradually calmed down my self-blame and regret. Even if I didn't climb Huashan, I thought it was worth it to meet such enthusiastic service.
Fortunately, with my continuous efforts to swipe tickets, the god of luck really came. I actually missed two tickets for the next morning. I was so lucky. But the problem came again. The child's ticket was not bought, so I sought help from the service staff again. This time I was lucky to meet the boss's wife again. I called an acquaintance in the scenic area directly and told them about our situation. As a result, it met the special ticket type and I just needed to go to the ticket office to make up the ticket. Happy 😁, the ticket problem was finally solved. The rest is what the hotel is good at, enthusiastic service.

3. Many people in the hotel get up early to go up the mountain, and they also moved up the breakfast time.
4. The more considerate service is that when we came back from the mountain, the itinerary changed, and it was raining, so we had to check out and catch the bus. The hotel specially sent a car to take us to the high-speed rail station.
I am very grateful for the enthusiastic help of the hotel staff this time.

Zzhangmin1985The hotel breakfast is enough, but the variety is a little poor. It only costs 15 yuan, and there are fried rice, soy milk, 2 cold dishes and a few hot dishes. What else do you want? Bicycles. At night, the cable car was closed, so it was already 11:40 in the middle of the night when we got down the mountain to the tourist center. The hotel still provided pick-up and drop-off services. It was raining heavily outside, but they still considered the guests' needs and worked tirelessly. I will choose your hotel next time I come to Huashan
