What a hidden gem! We stumbled upon this incredibly comfortable guesthouse while traveling with our family to Lixi for water activities. It's just 200 meters to the left after exiting the highway – so convenient! Upon checking in, the owner invited us to sample Qimen black tea. As we chatted, we discovered how exceptionally delicious it was. We also learned about the guesthouse's design; every detail, every arrangement, was her creation. It's clear that someone who studies traditional Chinese painting has a unique aesthetic sense, seamlessly integrating traditional beauty into the guesthouse. After seeing so many different kinds of decor, I realized I still have a deep-seated love for traditional design. It's indescribably comfortable – I absolutely loved it! Playing in Lixi is also breathtaking; the crystal-clear water is truly invigorating. By the way, the guesthouse's Anhui cuisine was delicious. With so much pre-prepared food in the city, it's rare to find such authentic and fresh ingredients at a guesthouse, and the taste was so genuine – a real treat! It was truly an unforgettable trip, and I'll definitely visit Qimen again.

The guesthouse I stayed at in Qimen truly mastered the art of ”attention to detail” and ”ambiance”! From the moment I stepped into the room, I was captivated by its modern design with a touch of Hui-style charm—the warm brown wooden furniture exuded quality, the lotus leaf artwork on the wall was elegant and stylish, and the bedside lamps provided soft, cozy warmth. Lying on the large bed with its pristine white sheets, I instantly shed the fatigue of my journey. What surprised me most was the guesthouse's tea culture atmosphere. A set of exquisite tea utensils sat on the table, the teapot and teacups thoughtfully designed. Brewing a pot of local tea in my leisure time, sitting in a rattan chair in the courtyard, gazing at the bamboo fence and string lights, listening to the wind rustling through the leaves—this slow-paced time was incredibly therapeutic. The courtyard itself was also exceptional; the bamboo fence created a private and quiet haven, furnished with rattan tables and chairs—perfect for drinking tea, chatting, or simply relaxing and enjoying the view. At night, the string lights illuminated the space, creating an unparalleled ambiance. The owners were incredibly welcoming, and their recommendations for local street food and sightseeing routes were super helpful. The homemade side dishes and specialty teas at breakfast were unforgettable. During our stay, we discovered new little surprises every day. From the smart home features in the rooms to the spotless cleanliness of the common areas, you could feel the care and attention put into the guesthouse. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Qimen; it's a truly hidden gem that you won't want to leave!

Advantages: the room is clean, the water is very good, the food tastes good, the price is not expensive, the store also specially took us to visit the whole village and explain, very intimate Disadvantages: Although the chicken and dog smell is a field feature, the rooster starts crowing next to the room at four in the morning until the morning, and then starts cooking and eating at the door. The noise basically didn't sleep much. This room type must be lightning-avoided, and the restaurant is at the door, which is very noisy. Maybe other room types are much better.
