"On the day of check-in, the hotel lobby was dark and there was no light. The front desk was slow and booked. I was not happy with my face. I arranged the most side room. The whole corridor smelled of musty. There are other customers' hair falling under the pillow. The big bed is actually a small bed. The hygiene is poor and I didn't sleep all night."
