這次來海邊住到了一家很有温度的民宿，沒有刻意的網紅感，處處都是舒服自在的質感。推窗就能看見整片海景，晴天時海天一色，傍晚的晚霞温柔又治癒，待在房間裏發呆都覺得很愜意。 房間的設計很有品味，不是千篇一律的裝修，傢俱和軟裝都能看出主人的用心，簡約又高級，拍照不用濾鏡也很好看。硬件配置很到位，智能設備用起來方便，床品和衞浴都很有質感，住起來乾淨又安心，細節處比很多酒店都用心。 最讓人好感的是老闆的服務，熱情卻不打擾，有問題都會耐心幫忙解決，還會主動分享本地的小眾玩法，讓人感覺像來朋友家做客一樣放鬆。民宿離海邊特別近，出門就能趕海，帶着孩子撿貝殼、抓小螃蟹，體驗感超棒。

⭐ 5/5 — A Truly Exceptional, Warm-Hearted Stay at Zengcuo’an Village ⭐ I travel often and have experienced many different types of hotels and accommodations over the years. From 25 Nov 2025, I stayed at Hua Cai Xiao Zhu · Florich 民宿 (环岛南路曾厝垵店) for 12 nights, and extended my stay by another 3 nights because it genuinely felt like home. That alone says everything. 😊 From the moment I arrived, the experience was not just comfortable, but deeply warm and reassuring, thanks to the owner and housekeeper who went out of their way to make sure every detail of my stay was taken care of. 🙏 I stayed in the Huacai Balcony Tub Room on the 5th level. I believe this is the only accommodation in Zengcuo'an that has an elevator. The room was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The large bathtub and giant HD projector made every evening wonderfully relaxing. The balcony overlooks Zengcuo’an Village and is just 50 metres from the village church. I even enjoyed a beautiful sunrise at around 6:30am right from my room. 🌄 The location is outstanding. It’s about 200 metres from the main entrance of Zengcuo’an Village, surrounded by everything you could possibly need. There are countless eateries nearby, including my personal favourite right in front of the accommodation — 福鼎肉片小吃店, run by the warm and amiable 美金姐, a 56-year-old local lady (highly recommended!). 😋😋 Convenience stores, fashion and accessory shops, souvenir stalls, luggage shops, spas, travel agencies — and even a McDonald’s — are all within easy reach. 👍👍 Several attractions are also within walking distance, including Pearl Public Beach and Music Square. One of the smartest ways to explore Xiamen is the CNY 50 hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus (24 stops), with the bus stop conveniently located right in front of the village on the right side. It’s honestly the most affordable and efficient way to see the city. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, were the people. 👬👭 The owner, 许老板, is incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He patiently gave directions, recommended places to visit, pointed out nearby essentials like the bank and pharmacy, and even allowed me to store my luggage while I was away for a few days. When I checked out, I was down with a cold — he not only helped with my luggage, but also personally drove me to the airport, making sure I arrived safely. That level of care is rare. 💯💯💯 The housekeeper, 秀容, is equally wonderful. Always smiling, always attentive, she made sure I was comfortable every single day — from providing extra water, tissues, and towels to quietly checking that everything was in order. Her warmth made the entire stay feel effortless and homely. . One last tip: don’t miss the sunset. Walk across the overhead bridge from the village and enjoy the beach scene between 4:30pm and 6:30pm — it’s absolutely unforgettable.🌻🌷 Overall: highly, highly recommended. Bring your baby to the seaside for vacation, this B&B is really closed-eyed and Amway, completely chosen right! The location is really impeccable, only about 300 meters from the seaside, a few minutes walk directly to the beach, no need to drive detours, no need to run around with large and small bags, taking children to travel super effortless. The boss is particularly courteous and thoughtful, preparing a full set of beach toys in advance, shovels, small buckets are all available, children can enjoy digging sand and rushing to the sea once they arrive, saving themselves the trouble of carrying a pile of luggage, happiness directly pulled full. The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is warm and comfortable, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the overall environment is quiet and relaxing, adults live and relax, children are also comfortable and comfortable. The host is warm and easy-going, responds promptly to any needs, the communication is patient and gentle, and the service is particularly in place. Our stay was truly amazing — if the full score is 100, I would honestly give it 200! The room was exceptionally clean, and the host personally checked everything again even after the cleaning lady finished. The host was warm, generous, and always attentive. During check-in, she even shared helpful travel tips and recommended places to visit, which made our trip so much easier. Every day, they asked whether we needed room cleaning or a cup of coffee, which made us feel very well taken care of. The flowers and garden were personally maintained by the host, so the environment was beautiful and welcoming. The location was also incredibly convenient — just downstairs, there were plenty of food options, and even late at night, we could easily walk out for supper. Overall, from the location to cleanliness to the host’s hospitality, everything exceeded our expectations. It was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this place!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were so warm and patient, and check-in was super quick. The lady who helped me was gentle and polite, making communication a breeze. The hotel environment was clean and tidy, offering a high level of comfort overall. It's also conveniently located. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town. Highly recommend!

The room was very modern and clean. We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Would recommend it to other travellers. The location was also very convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly. I travelled with my friend and the twin room was perfect for two friends travelling together looking for a budget friendly place to stay.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The location is fantastic; you can see the sea right outside the door, and taking a walk with the sea breeze is so relaxing. The service was exceptionally attentive and thoughtful; the staff were warm and attentive, making me feel very welcome. There are tons of food options nearby, so it's convenient to find whatever you want to eat, and the price-performance ratio is excellent. The rooms were fully equipped, clean, and tidy, providing a comfortable and reassuring stay. Overall, a perfect experience, I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

My best stay in Xiamen, by far. It is essentially a, what the Japanese would say, love hotel, but it is very much true to its name and the function of the business hotel is also proper and works great. The location is great, its in Jimei, but many buses and metro line runs here too. Again, with a bit of effort, can get anywhere in time. Very peaceful surroundings, interior is freshly renovated, both the lobby and the hotel rooms themselves. Toiletries, 2 small milks, water, breakfast, all very humble and very thoughtful, much bigger and more expensive hotels don't put this level of effort into your stay! These people care! However, the kindness of one person in particular, handling the checkins and checkouts at the reception, stands out. I'm not sure what her name is and I have no idea other that she worked the day shift on both days of my stay, but the receptionist girl deserves a promotion like no other! When I first arrived she not only handled the checkin process exceptionally, but personally helped me find the room, sign my devices to wifi, teach me about the thermostat functions, etc, and when I signed off and checked out, upon realizing I had left an expensive phone charger in my room, she expressly communicated with the staff and the charger was downstairs within barely minutes! All of this, with a genuine beautiful smile and care for the customer's experience! The look of the rooms is definitely a bit unique, and might not be to everyone's tastes, sure, but the staff is one of a kind and will be golden to you for the duration of the stay and beyond. Definitely booking it next year again, hopefully for many nights!

The hotel rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows, offering great natural light, and come equipped with an in-room safe. There's a compact parking area with space for up to 12 vehicles. Xiuxiu provided a very warm and welcoming reception. A beautiful small fish pond is located on the ground floor. Overall, it's a good place, and I would recommend it.

This hotel is super close to Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, which made shopping and finding food incredibly convenient. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, the mattress was soft and quiet, and the whole place was clean and tidy. It's really great value for money for a trip.
