When I wasn't feeling well before leaving, the owner personally drove me to the clinic on their tricycle, guided me to the hospital, and helped me get a taxi. I'm very grateful and will definitely recommend this place to friends.

The room was very large and clean. It was two young beautiful women who were operating. There were many emergency items at the front desk. I just forgot to bring the charger. Miss sister directly gave a power bank and a multi-function charger. The hotel room is very nice . You will have both hot and warm water for drinking from boiling machine. Bed and all facilities also good. The special moment is the owner of the hotel is very kind and helpful. He helped us to find taxi to pick up us from Jiaozuo station to the hotel which take about 1 hr by car. Breakfast also fresh making. I would recommended everyone to stay here during there stay at Yun tai shan. Personally Special thanks for his assistance to contact ticket office to refund our cable car tickets.

This was so much better than the guesthouse outside the scenic area the night before! The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Since their parking lot was a bit far, he tirelessly picked us up and dropped us off on his electric tricycle. He was generally accommodating of all our requests. However, as other guests mentioned, could you please mop the area under the TV cabinet against the wall? Even a quick wipe along the wall made it look much cleaner. The bedding was very clean, though. I forgot to take pictures of the room, but the official photos are identical to the actual room! The rooftop terrace is also great for taking photos; picture three was taken from their rooftop! But honestly, I really, really don't recommend coming to Yuntai Mountain during the summer – it's just too hot!
