The newly renovated room had a noticeable woody scent. It was a fully smart room, but the in-room smart device was broken. The tea station design was a definite highlight; I really appreciated the tea-related amenities inspired by Ji Hotel's tea culture, especially the portable tea set. After I provided feedback about the strong smell and the non-functional in-room smart device, they promptly offered breakfast vouchers and a complimentary souvenir. Consequently, my overall experience remained quite positive. Even though my company is a Huazhu member, I found it was 10 RMB cheaper to book through Ctrip, so I did. Considering the value for money, the breakfast spread was quite generous. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The hotel is located within the scenic area, very close to the Dragon Claw Banyan Tree, the Dragon Bridge, and the entrance to the ancient town. The hotel's ambiance and layout are delightful, with a Santorini-style blue and white color scheme, a garden blending Chinese and Western elements, and murals and amenities both inside and outside the rooms, all reflecting the owner's artistic taste and attention to detail. Every corner is both practical and photogenic! The service was patient, meticulous, and attentive. The owner personally picked us up from the visitor center outside the scenic area, helped us with our luggage, and even extended our check-out time, making our trip even more enjoyable and relaxing for the two of us seniors!

The location of this hotel is perfect. Just a few steps from the front door, through an arch and there you have an idyllic view of the river, bridge, the beautiful architecture, market traders, a mill wheel, wonderful night lights, cafes.etc. The hotel is in a beautiful old house with lovely courtyards. There are lots of steps but the hotel owner kindly carried my case and met me from my taxi. You need a ticket to enter the old town which the owner helped me organise; i coukd not arrive by taxi and just go to the hotel. The view from the room was very nice. There were mosquitos so you should remember your plug in repellent. There was a tea service in the room but no tea

The hotel is in the scenic area. It was already four or five o'clock in the afternoon when we arrived. The boss was already waiting in the parking lot. The boss was very good. He helped us carry our luggage. We needed to buy another ticket to enter the scenic area. 60 yuan, the road from the parking lot to the hotel is very flat, very friendly for families with children with bb cars. The first floor is a college, there is a fish pond, there is coffee, the environment is very leisurely, the boss also invited us to drink a cup of coffee, if not with children, we can comfortably drink coffee and read a book to relax, we want the Wang Gaoge room, there are two 1.5 beds, a lot of space, and a bathtub. It was a pity that it was too cold that night and there was no bathtub. The boss is super caring. Disposable bath towels, towels, and toilet pads are arranged. There are many equipment in the room. The most special thing is that there is heating on the top of the shower room, which is very friendly for 2 degrees of weather. The next day I slept until I woke up naturally. It was already more than ten o'clock. There was breakfast on the first floor. The cardamom powder was delicious. When I left, I also sent some specialties to us. The spicy radish dried family members said it was delicious. The hotel revealed a full human touch everywhere, giving people a very comfortable feeling, especially recommended

This is the best hotel in Huangyao, bar none. The room has a great view, is very clean, and has a great sense of design. The hotel's Xiaoxi was very welcoming and helped to book a car when time was very tight. The breakfast was also very characteristic of Guangxi noodles. I will bring my family here next time

This is a very good stay experience. The hotel has a good service attitude, the rooms are spacious, the facilities are new and smart, and the luxurious duplex building I live in is especially suitable for family and children. The parking lot is large enough to drive by car. Special praise to the hotel boss, the child was suddenly stabbed to the throat by the fish when eating in the restaurant, the boss immediately drove us to the emergency department of the town hospital after knowing it, and the doctor quickly cleaned the fish thorn out. Summary: Staying in this hotel is comfortable, at ease, warm heart!

Near Shenglongmen, self-driving cars have a separate parking location outside Shenglongmen, which is more convenient to enter and exit. The boss helped buy the ticket, which is cheaper than Trip.com . After entering the face, the ticket is free to enter and exit within three days. The room is changed from the house and the inside is more beautiful. The top floor may not be suitable for taller people. This price is in the scenic area, so this is fine.

This charming, ancient house turned family-run hotel is nestled within the historic city walls (note that even as a hotel guest, you’ll need to purchase an entrance ticket to access the city). Beautifully decorated, it exudes authentic charm, but it feels more like a homestay than a hotel, with its pros and cons. The warm landlady’s hospitality and generosity were slightly hindered by the language barrier (as we regrettably don’t speak Chinese). However, her helpful daughter bridged the gap via WeChat, providing tips, arranging transportation, and ensuring a smooth stay. All in all, it’s an excellent choice for travelers seeking a personal touch and a culturally immersive experience.

The owner was incredibly attentive, even asking about our arrival time to turn on the AC beforehand. They even came out around midnight to help with our luggage, and there's free parking available. The guesthouse is right next to the 'internet-famous bridge,' so it's super convenient for sightseeing and taking photos. The guesthouse itself has a charming, antique feel, making it very relaxing and peaceful. The owner is very hospitable and friendly, offering Kung Fu tea in the lobby and even giving little gifts to the kids. Plus, breakfast and lunch are conveniently available downstairs. I was very satisfied with this trip.

It's good. It's relatively close to the ancient town, so you can walk there, which is perfect for hikers like us. The hotel facilities are good, the environment is nice, and it's quiet.
