Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, both convenient and safe. It's just one metro stop from the central station and three stops from Roman Square. There's a shopping mall within 500 meters, with supermarkets, beauty stores, pharmacies, and restaurants. The hotel itself offers consistent quality; everything is available except for a mini-fridge.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, but I can’t give a high score for the location because the transportation around it is a bit confusing. During our stay, there were train issues, and we had to wait an hour to catch a train from the hotel to the city. On the way back, we switched to taking the bus, but it stopped at a very dark and secluded place, which didn’t feel comfortable as a tourist.
On another day, when heading to the airport, buses ran about every 20 minutes, so you really need to be mindful of timing. We boarded a bus that was listed—both at the stop and online—as going to Terminal 2, but the driver told us it wouldn’t arrive there and advised us not to take it. With no other choice, we stayed on and got off when Google Maps showed we were close to T2, then walked the rest of the way. If you’re visiting Terminal 2, this hotel can still be an option since you can walk there in about 20 minutes, but otherwise transportation can be a hassle.
There are restaurants and a Rewe nearby where you can get food or snacks. The hotel also provides a microwave, frying pans and dishwasher, so you can cook in your room—no need to worry about food availability.
Overall, this area is a relatively cheaper option for staying in the city. The room is spacious and the price is fair, but you’ll need to weigh the time cost of transportation.

morningdewbbThe room was nice and comfortable. It's very close to the bus stop, which is the last stop on the line – just turn left when you exit. There's a supermarket at the previous stop, but no restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was expensive and didn't offer much.

AshleeMacGreat New Hotel — Beautiful Room & Amazing Shower! ⭐️
I had a really great stay at LyvInn Frankfurt! The hotel is new, modern, and super clean, and the room was beautiful. I originally booked a 4-bed room but was pleasantly surprised to be given a private female room with only 2 beds, which was a nice bonus.
The shower deserves a special mention! 🙌🏾 The water pressure was excellent, and the shower head even had a massage setting — such a good experience after a long day of travelling!
A few other things I appreciated:
• Free towels
• A guest fridge available — just ask the staff to store your food (there are no fridges in the rooms)
• 24/7 bar
• Friendly and helpful staff
• Great overall cleanliness and modern facilities
📍 Location: Great during the daytime and convenient for getting around. One station away from Frankfurt central station. The closest station, has escalators and elevator to carry your luggages. However, as a solo female traveller, I would be cautious about walking around the area late at night. After around 9 PM, some streets felt quite dark and sketchy, so I would recommend using extra caution or arranging transportation back to the hotel.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. For a new hotel, the cleanliness, room quality, shower, and amenities were excellent. I would definitely consider staying here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SwaterfieldA little off the beaten path but still in a relatively nice location. About a 15 min walk to central downtown or a 2-3min metro ride. Nice grocery stores and restaurants in the general area. The room itself was small but comfy. The bathroom had a small shower with amazing water pressure and super hot water. Was quiet at night and had a comfy bed. Overall, nice for the price.

Guest UserThe single room actually had two beds pushed together. I stayed here for one night to catch an early flight, and the location was excellent. There are U and S train stations within 100 meters, making it super convenient to get to the plaza, Iron Bridge, etc. It's also easy to get to the airport. The shower drain was clogged, so the overall experience was just okay. Besides the great location, I guess you get what you pay for. I wouldn't really recommend this hotel if you're a solo female traveler.

The apartment has a good location, less than 1 km from Frankfurt Cathedral and Marienplatz. There are trams and subways right outside, as well as a park, supermarket, and KFC. The room has an induction cooker, tableware, pots and pans, etc. The downside is the poor soundproofing; you can clearly hear people talking next door, which affects sleep. Fortunately, it's next to a park but not on the road, otherwise, the road noise would be doubly disruptive. The bedding quality is average, and no bath towels were provided on the second night (you may need to get them yourself). There are a few street parking spaces in front of the hotel; they are free at night, but you need to leave in the morning. Overall, the apartment offers good value for money.

The location is fantastic! It's a straight 10-minute walk to Zeil, and right outside is the central train station, making it super convenient to get to the exhibition center. Plus, there's a Chinese restaurant right next door on the ground floor that's always packed. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!
