The hotel is well located and the staff is friendly. However, breakfast is served at another NH hotel located 200 metres away. I was never informed of this before booking. The facilities are very old, a fact that is particularly noticeable in the bathroom. The room had no natural light and had two really small single beds.

The staff in general has been super friendly, especially the people working at reception, especially a girl who has been working these days and who greeted me on March 21st upon my arrival with a smile and a very good way of working in terms of her attitude and explanations (there could be people like that everywhere). The facilities are very clean and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and I will most likely return on my future trips to Gran Canaria. Very nice host! We were allowed to use the beautiful roof terrace with sunbeds 2 hours earlier and even after check-out. The equipment is generally quite new and of high quality. Top location with beach and near the large port - you can ideally connect with a cruise. The rooms are large and breakfast with enough choice and delicious!

I am very satisfied with the room and it is convenient to travel. Public buses are 100 meters away from the door. The beach is a few minutes walk away. There are supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops right outside. The room is clean and hygienic, and the small kitchen allows you to cook your favorite food.

Posizione molto comoda. La camera era molto carina e pulita, un po' calda la notte (c'è l'aria condizionata ma purtroppo mi fa male dormire con l'aria accesa). La struttura è nuova e ben tenuta. Non ha il parcheggio perciò bisogna un po' girare per le vie limitrofe per trovare posto, ma con un po' di pazienza si trova. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene. Doccia fantastica.

The bathroom light was very weak, I had to use the light from my mobile phone, and the wifi was very bad. And there was moisture on the wall of the window. The good thing was that there was a mini fridge, a comfortable bed, and the receptionists Victor and Mohamed were very friendly. I had a late checkout for an extra hour. I would go back if the service is maintained and prices do not go up too much since the facilities are poor.

There is also a dj performance at night, but unfortunately it has not been completed. The hotel also offers free parking, which is very convenient for people who rent a car around the island. The only thing is that not all rooms are sea views. We stayed at the interior this time, but fortunately there is a terrace. When booking, remember to note the sea view room, and there is a strange smell in our room. It’s basically gone for a day.
