MManishSinghOur visit to Champagne Domaine Sacret was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Champagne. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, authentic, and incredibly well thought out. This is a family-owned B&B.
The setting in Aÿ is stunning—peaceful, scenic, and surrounded by beautiful vineyards that perfectly capture the charm of the Champagne region. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do, complimentary champagne tasting every evening at 6 pm is cherry on the cake.
The champagne itself was outstanding—refined, elegant, and memorable. Each tasting came with insightful explanations, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. You can really feel the craftsmanship and heritage behind every bottle.
What stood out the most was how personal and genuine the entire visit felt. It wasn’t just a tasting—it was an immersive experience into the world of champagne making.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the region. Whether you’re a champagne enthusiast or just looking for a unique and relaxing experience, this is a must-visit.

OOlgaBelozubThe staff began to solve the problem with our Russian translations immediately, did not become specially stressed on this occasion, little, we were given free of charge the second number (apartments), because when they saw the growth of our child, said, That on the coffin (couch) it will not be comfortable, on the growth he injected..., shortly, we are in shock! A pleasant shock! ) The apartments are huge, perfectly equipped, very spacious bath-shower, super clean! To the center-mah 15 minutes walk, it is better to walk than in a noisy, problem center to take off the house (in the historic center of the problem: water, sewerage, thunder). In general, this hotel recommends!

DDonena WilliamsThis hotel is a very reasonably priced for what it offers. The hotel general areas is clean and well presented. We booked a basic room with what we needed for an overnight stay with air conditioning and it was very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was great including bacon, eggs a selection of juices, cheeses, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, croissants and tea/coffee.
The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel for its value for money, and hasslefree stays.

I spent 3 lovely days in this beautiful house, absolutely loved every minute of it! The host Philippe is a very kind, sincere and warm person, I felt at home! The room and common area were very clean and well decorated.
Thank you again Philippe for the hospitality, I’ll definitely come back again during summer.

GGuest UserDo consider staying at this hotel if you’re visiting Reims with a car. With a 7-minute drive from the city center, you get a more spacious room with facilities much more than a 3-star. We couldn’t manage to arrive on time for check-in, but they have kindly found out an alternative to work it out. Attached photo displays the outdoor patio to our room!

GGuest UserNice hotel just outside of eperney- circa 8mins in the car, so quite convenient if you don’t want to be in the centre. Comfortable beds, but smallish rooms, small bottle of water provided. Restaurant on site serving dinner and breakfast only. We had an electric car - and were able to charge on site . Two chargers on site -however only one was working.

Mmiss banzaiFor those who want to be in the center of Reims it is perfectly located. However be aware that you will be in the middle where it's happening, and you will hear the noise through the window. Staff are friendly. Room was ok, it was a quite old and small but clean. The choice for breakfast was limited, make sure you go before 8am otherwise you will have limited choice.

GGuest UserCheck-in at Hôtel des Arcades was easy, and the staff were helpful, friendly and very welcoming, which made a good first impression.
The room itself was fine, although it was warm. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Taking a shower felt a little like being in a caravan, with the curtain touching the toilet, and once the shower had been used the toilet area was wet. The door also did not close properly.
Overall, the hotel could definitely do with some TLC. Given its location in such a great city, a few thoughtful touches, such as photographs or local artwork on the walls, would really help give the place more character and make it feel more connected to its surroundings.

DDr.HeinkeThe hotel is very good in the old town and is easy to find . The spa does not appear to be the hotel but is located in the same house and at 14:00 so we could not use it.
Reception so friendly professional fast.
We haven't used breakfast because you can immediately get a French breakfast in the street cafe.
There is a parking space unusable for us because we arrived. But the hotel reception has made it possible to find another. Overall we have very well sleeped the air conditioning was also well set.
