"Due to location quickly out of the city on the highway. That is favorable but otherwise all very sober. Little atmosphere. Mosquitoes in the room had to be killed first.
Explanation about traveling to the center could have been better and can actually be very simple but was explained too complicated. Just walk to the nearest metro and take 1 line to the center."

"Our experience was amazing! We knew we were staying pretty far out from the city, but it was about a 15 minute walk to a train to take you to the city. We loved the option to order from local restaurants and get it delivered for free to the hotel. The cost vs the experience was an amazing trade off. Would recommend if you’re traveling on a budget."

"This is my 2nd time stay there. I like the location as it is near train station and bus to and from airport is easy even going to main train station gare de Lyon is easy. Just take a bus to nation then 1 stop away.
My only complaint is that this time I didn’t have small changes of 10euro to pay the tax at hotel. The reception took my 50euro and forgot to return me even after my card is charged."

YYYLowOur room was clean and cosy. The receptionist was helpful and friendly assisted us with directions.
Hotel is walkable about 3 minutes by foot to metro Station.
However if going to Cdg airport is a bit complicated so we took Bolt ride about 25 minutes to Cdg airport, cost about 40-45 euro.

DDyoisThe staff are really attentive and helpful especially Idrisa. They attend to our queries and needs instantly and very friendly too. The amenities are quite good and the whole place is quite functional. We stayed for 12 days and it was pretty good.
There’s a metro and bus stop nearby (7mins away) as well as Boulangerie and grocery.

Arriving on the airport train, there were IBIS arrows pointing in both directions, so had to guess which one (to the right) we reserved in. Apparently A/C will not be available in rooms for another few months.

KKohdai OhgiMy stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The front desk staff were especially kind, and they readily lent me a bottle opener when I suddenly needed one, and they also kindly gave me detailed recommendations for tourist spots and popular local restaurants, which was extremely helpful. Thanks to them, I was able to have fun and memorable trips. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I visit the area again.

GGuest UserAdequate room for one night however I wouldn't ever stay there for more than one night. Mostly because the carpet was grubby, the lights switches had finger prints and the mattress was hanging off the bed, which meant that every time I moved the sheet and mattress shifted. Fan was a bonus but I couldn't get over how dirty it was...hugely disappointing. Nobody was in reception to complain to as I arrived later in the evening and was in a rush.

GGuest UserThe hotel is really safe but it just stays in a too dangerous zone. If you use public transportation as a main method and travelled a lot until sun is down, it would be scary for u to walk from metro(13) to the hotel. And if u need to use metro(14), I would highly recommend u to avoid it. I lost my phone on the first day going to France at the entrance of that station. And police there can't help us much. If u lost things here, it is almost impossible for u to get it back.
The room is pretty small for 2 ppl. There is just 1 bathroom and 1 hair dryer. (No fridge, no closet) And be sure that when u go out from room, u really close the door properly bc I saw many rooms didn't close it properly and someone without card can go in easily.

GGuest User5 things were broken ( exhaust fan not working, table not stable, button of the headbed light missing, curtain of the shower was broken. The bathroom door couldn't close properly. Bathroom tap was very hard and had lime scale.
It might look dirty but the lire scale was the issue.
Management did care but did not fix it as we did not want to make a drama about it and we were stating just 3 nights.
It was uncomfortable to have to inform reception about those broken things as we had a caution of 90 euros.
The bathroom
Taxes are to finance the city of Bagnolet, Île de France regio n for public teansport, waste collection, and general skills of cities.
It was the cheapest option in Paris at that time.
Cleaning : I put 5 for cleaning as towels were charged every day. Under the bed it wasn't clean, the floor wasn't perfectly clean on our arrival. That's just the point of improvement.
Amenities : I put 4 as the soap provided destroy the skin of my partner. So bring your own soaps. There is no ameties for a 3 stars hotel so I put 4 as we had soap and 2 glasses to brush our tooth.
Location : I put 4 as you are 20 minutes only from train station and anywhere in Paris thanks to the underground terminal station of Bagnolet. it is easy to find your way in the metro. Not 5 stars as it is not in Paris.
You are next to a shopping center with Auchan and action . Action is the cheapest shop you can find in Western Europe. ACTION is a hard discounter and you have quality.
Le Toquet is the restaurant to be be located few minutes away walking from the Hotel. ”The low temperature cooked souris d'agneau” is exceptional.

HHuntBethThe lady at the reception desk was very welcoming and helpful, great service! The area feels extremely safe, however for anyone travelling just via public transport it’s very hard to find and requires going through various different security gates and a 15/20 minute walk from the nearest train station. The room was clean and spacious!
