Dear Sir, 1. Please find our communication below sending direct with Eir Heimaleiga as can’t find your mail during trip. We are really disappointed that there was only 1 toilet for the apartment booked and nothing can be fixed . refunding EUR 70.00 is not what we are expecting, we would rather have a better experience. The hotel is not in the city centre and it looks like a 20 minute walk to get there. However, on-site parking is free which you can't get from other hotels in the city centre. The hotel staff were all helpful and the included breakfast was pretty good. We had originally booked a Standard room, which turned out to be very small, and on the 2nd floor, facing the carpark and the main road. This meant that the room was quite noisy all through the night since the window had to be left open for ventilation. The next morning upon asking to change rooms, we were informed that all Standard rooms faced the road, so we paid to upgrade to a Superior room which was much larger, and faced the rear of the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in the new room.

1. It's located outside the main city area of Rayong, and we had to circle a few times to find parking when we arrived at night. 2. There's a washer and dryer, but the dryer isn't very efficient. What made it worse was that even with everyone waiting in line, the staff insisted on drying a huge pile of dishcloths needed for the next morning. This caused the dryer to keep restarting, and we ended up waiting until 2-3 AM for our turn. 3. Breakfast variety is okay. 4. The room size is decent, but you can't open four large suitcases at once. 5. The room door is really odd; you have to slam it shut with a lot of force for it to lock. Overall, it's a hotel I'd be willing to revisit.

I had a fantastic stay at Bus Hostel Reykjavik! The atmosphere was welcoming, but what truly stood out was the incredible staff. They were consistently friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my trip easy. A huge highlight was their flexibility with my travel schedule. Even though I checked out at 10:00 AM, they graciously allowed me to hang out in the common areas until my 6:30 PM flight. This made my final day in Iceland stress-free and much more comfortable. Highly recommended for any traveler looking for great service and a hospitable vibe!

The location is suitable for self-driving, free parking in front of the door. Although it is a hotel converted from a private small building, it is very comfortable to live in. The hostess is very good and nice!

The location is good as it is a drop off and pick up point for Fly Bus. The rooms is clean. Self check-in and if any problem have to use the phone at the lobby to call the customer service. The breakfast spread is limited.

The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is super convenient and free. The room isn't huge, and the bathroom is a bit small, but it's very clean, and the bedding is fresh and comfortable. The front desk staff are also very friendly.

The sound insulation is very poor, I don't know where the water leaks at night, my friends and I didn't fall asleep until three o 'clock in the morning, and the door of the building outside is also shaken every time it is closed. The floor stinks like you cleaned the bathroom and then you cleaned the bedroom

Very good location, clean, complete with kitchen so i can make something to eat as i want. Near bus stop, supermarket, restaurant and shooping place. The reception also very helpfull during answer my request to. Extend with some problem for my card payment. Thank you and i will back to the place on the Next

We had an issue trying to get into the hotel as you need a pin code that trip didn’t provide. Luckily a man helped us and got everything set up really quickly. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with a smart TV and fully equipped kitchen. We did a lot of tours whilst here and the company were able to pick us and drop us right outside the hotel.
