GGuest UserThe sheets are brown, the lights are dark, I can't see whether it is clean or not, the room smells okay, there is no musty smell, there are many people living, all full. There is a barbecue area next to it. If you can't find the hotel, you can smell the barbecue and find the hotel 😆😆 It is very close to the ditch exit station. When you go out to see the big shopping mall, opposite it.

GGuest UserExcellent location, closed to JR and just upper floor of subway. Shopping malls, restaurants, and its just 15 mins express train to hanada airport, 30 mins to shibiya. Good for getaway, and early flight passengers. Friendly stuffs and daily cleaning service, 10% off for most of the restaurants at the buildings. Definitely will come back!

MMilesAway@tripWe booked single rooms for all. The front office staff are all very friendly and helpful! They would go out of their way to help out in whatever we needed.
Breakfast was great! It was at the Denny’s restaurant on the 2nd floor of the building. We got several sets to choose from: you could mix and match either a continental or Japanese set completed by a beverage (hot and cold) bar.
All in all, it was a great experience! I would definitely stay here again!

RrhanzoirThe room is bigger than I expected for a solo traveler.
You need to use a machine for checkin and checkin.
I arrived in the morning and asked if I could leave my luggage and back later for the checkin. During my checkin, my luggage is already in the room. I haven't tried the breakfast, though. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from the station, there is a near family mart. There are restaurants near the station.
Importantly, why i did choose this hotel is that there is a direct local train from the station to Narita Airport.

It was good to have an iron and dryer rental and try various shampoos!
There was also a drink service such as coffee and ice at the front desk.
The room was very beautiful.

GGuest UserNear to subway Station, there's a mini market nearby. Lots of restaurants around the hotel, also a big shopping mall just 5 minutes walk from hotel. Room bit too small but overall value for money. From kawasaki station walk to exit 23 , hotel just right the corner.

Shopping, Eating, surroundings, and 25 minutes to Haneda Airport.
Room is spacious and clean.
Front desk service is satisfactory.
Have already booked again for coming July.
