"宿泊部屋入口に歓迎の札があったのがとても嬉しかったです。
お部屋には浴衣と足袋、外履き用に雪駄が用意されていて、旅館へ来た気分を味わえました。
素泊まりで宿泊しましたが、部屋に入るとお茶菓子が置いてあり、とても美味しかったです。
また急須や湯呑み、床の間のような空間や座椅子があり、和室好きにはたまらないお部屋でした。
宿泊部屋から大浴場へ向かう場合は1度外に出なければならないため、真冬は少し寒いかもしれません。
送迎して頂けることを知らず、人吉駅から徒歩で施設まで行きましたが自家用車か送迎が必須の場所です。
周囲にコンビニはありません。
対応してくださった従業員の方々が皆さん親切でとても楽しく過ごせました。また行きたいです。
静かな場所で過ごしたい方にはおすすめです。"
