3-Star Hotels in Nagasaki City

This is a great hotel, conveniently located near Chuo-bashi (Central Bridge) and Nagasaki Station, with easy access to public transport. The hotel facilities are excellent and comprehensive, including a washing machine and dryer, a large public bath, breakfast service, and a bar. The 3rd and 11th floors offer panoramic city views through their floor-to-ceiling windows. The service is also superb, truly impeccable. One thing to note is that disposable slippers are not provided, so you'll need to bring your own. However, there was one significant issue: my room had a strong body odor smell, and the entire 9th-floor hallway smelled the same. Even opening the window didn't get rid of it, and the air freshener provided by the hotel didn't help either. Perhaps I was just unlucky.

🛌 The room is spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities, including a microwave. The bathroom is exceptionally large. Also, all the lights are conveniently controlled by remote. 🏞️ The hotel is situated on a narrow street just off the main road. The location is ideal, with Peace Park Nagasaki and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum within walking distance. A short walk to the tram station provides easy access to other attractions. A Lawson convenience store is just 200 meters away. Though the area is a bit dim at night, it remains safe for walking. 🚙 Parking is available for 1,500 Yen per night. While it might seem a bit high, but nearby parking options are limited. Additionally, the receptionist speaks English, which is very convenient for foreign tourists.

Location is conveniently close to train station and tram. Having a cosy apartment of 2 bedrooms with kitchen and everything else that you'd have at home is great. The downside is that the building has 10+ levels but only has one small elevator. Hallway to the units is quite narrow too, which is a struggle for a big group with luggages. The reception is in a different building, which makes it hard to not be uncomfortably stared at when taking amenities during the stay, as the staffs couldn't tell if we were just guests or random people wanting freebies. The air conditioning unit in one of the rooms we booked was leaking water, which I flagged with the reception straight away because I didn't want them to blame me for it after checking out. Staffs didn't offer any help/assistance, they just asked if it's fine for us to continue keeping a towel underneath and if we needed more towels.

A great location to be for Nagasaki. Chinatown is right outside the door, a street car is right down the street that goes to all the tourist destinations, and walking distance to many other options for food, bars, etc. The rooms are exactly as pictured, a bit dated but not in bad shape. Only thing is some older ports in the bed/desk haven't been cleaned in a while. Sheets, bathroom and towels are all clean so no complaints there. The baths were clean and always a great addition to the stay in Hotel Dormy Inn's, but it is rather basic so don't expect an extravagant design. The ramen as always was great and the breakfast offered lots of diverse options that were all very tasty!

I used it for 2 days and 1 nights, but I was able to spend a nice night with a panoramic view of Nagasaki. The size of the room and the size of the bed were more satisfying than the photo, and the bath provided in the room had a better view than the large communal bath. Of course, I was able to enjoy the night view even in the large communal bath and was satisfied with the hot springs. I think that if access to the hotel becomes better, the satisfaction as a hotel will increase further. If you want to enjoy the scenery of Nagasaki 々, I highly recommend it! ✨

It's located on a pretty steep hill, and there isn't much commercial activity around. You'll need to take a bus to get into the city center. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, conveniently named after the hotel itself. Make sure you get off at that stop; getting off even one or two stops earlier will mean a steep climb. It's not far from the summit of Mount Inasa, and there's a direct bus. If you miss the bus after enjoying the night view, a taxi back to the hotel is only about a 5-minute ride and reasonably priced. The hotel's own free rooftop observation deck is absolutely amazing, and enjoying a drink and the night view in the lounge is also very pleasant. There's a shuttle bus service from the hotel to Nagasaki Station. There's also a hot spring (onsen).

Good location in the near to Nagasaki station and the Tram, Stationen with a lot of little Restaurants with Long opening Times. Big room with little kitchen und good bathroom. Free washing Maschine and dryer

I really didn't expect anything from staying at this hotel, as it was twice as cheap as anything in the area. But it's really a hidden gem! The location is perfect for exploring Nagasaki, in the heart of Chinatown, lots of eateries in the area, and a tram stop nearby. The entrance is between two buildings and not obvious at first glance, but Google maps will get you there. The hotel has a retro vibe and doesn't look like a traditional business hotel, but does it need to? Big comfy beds, huge rooms (a lot more spacious than you expect to find in Japan), all the amenities you need inside. The description didn't mention a fridge, but we had one in our room. No view, but it didn't bother us. Good breakfast for a reasonable price. The only downside is that they don't have a coin laundry in the hotel, but there are some in the area. In my opinion, it's more than value for money!

The staff were pleasant and I wanted a hotel which was very close to the hypo center and you don't get any closer than this it is literally about 50 yards from the museum and maybe 150 yards from the ground zero. The room itself was very basic it had what you would need but no more there is a shop on site which said it was going to close at 9:30 however when I went downstairs at 8.10 it was already shot so I had to go for a walk in order to buy what I needed which I was not expecting as it was pouring down with Rain. I would recommend this to solo Travelers who are younger but just make sure you arrive with drinks and food.

This hotel is cost-effective and the location is okay. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the station. It is uphill to walk to the hotel. It is a bit tiring to push the big box. It is hygienic. Although it is a small hotel, it is very hygienic. The breakfast is okay and you can eat enough. , the waiter is very serious and the service is good. Worth recommending
