Clean, looks antique yet the facilities are very modern. Warm enough for about 0 degree weather. Nice and comfort stay for all ages from child to elderly. Cooking utensils are well equipped that would be very sufficient for self cooking breakfast and dinner. Highly recommended.

Very Japanese-style hotel, feel Japanese culture, Japanese food, hot springs, tatami. The room was clean, big enough, with windows, facing the sea, pure viewing room. The boss wife was warm and warm. We took the luggage and helped to the station. Special praise for breakfast, dinner, and the grandmother who prepared the meal for us. The tableware is very exquisite, the meal is very Japanese, from Nato, tofu, small hot pot, Kanto cooking, sashimi, all tasted, the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The first stop in Osaka, perfect Wakayama.

The hotel is situated at a secluded corner of Wakayama prefecture. It is much preferable to drive here rather than relying on the infrequent hotel shuttle. Public transport is otherwise non existent. There are no restaurants around the hotel. However the hotel provides delicious meals with abundant fresh seafood. The in room dining experience is superb. The hotel staff service is impeccable. The room has a spectacular sea view allowing you to see the sunset on clear days. The onsen also faces the sea which provides a relaxing experience. A downside is that the hotel does not seem to sanitize the slippers for indoor use. All hotel guests had to change to their slippers to access their indoor facilities.

のんびりと一人旅でしたが、少しガッカリな対応がありました。フロント横のコーヒースペースに入ろうとした時にフロントの係の方から不審者のような扱いをされ、楽しい旅行がダウンしました。3泊4日でしたが、トラウマになり、一度もコーヒーラウンジには行けずガッカリです。 やはり対応はキチンと接客した方が良いとおもいます。 そのほかは、満点でした。

The hotel restaurant needs to be booked in advance, and there are no convenience stores nearby, and the restaurant is also far away. Remember to book a restaurant when you check in, otherwise you will have to go hungry. The hotel does not have Chinese service, and English communication is a bit difficult. The hotel's public bathing is free, and there are open-air bath seats. It was windy and rainy on the day I went there, and it was super cold. It was very comfortable to bathe. The location of the men's and women's bathrooms will be swapped, so remember to look at the sign at the door and don't go the wrong way.

A little distance from the train station, there are large supermarkets and restaurants around, there are buses directly to the Kuroshio market, and there is a washing machine on the first floor. The room is more old and can hear the radio 📻 It is really rare. The hotel provides hot water machine coffee tea and other self-collection. Still good.

It takes more than 10 minutes to walk from Wakayama City, and a part of Wakayama City can be seen from the hotel room. Because I need to check out early in the morning, I didn't book breakfast. After checking out, leave the luggage at the front desk and return to the hotel before 10 pm to take it away. Thank you very much to the hotel staff.
