"A Worry-Free and Heartwarming Accommodation Experience in the Ancient Town
This accommodation deserves full marks!
When we arrived, the roads in the ancient town were closed, and we couldn't drive in. The owner proactively contacted us, explained the situation carefully, and waited at the intersection beforehand, patiently guiding us to the guesthouse on foot. Communication was timely and courteous.
The guesthouse itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spotless and very clean, with a beautiful and comfortable overall environment. The owner also warmly led us to the rooftop terrace, showing us the view and offering to take photos for us – truly thoughtful.
The breakfast on the second day was a highlight – simple yet delicious, especially the owner's fried eggs, which were excellent.
What reassured us most was a small incident after check-out. We accidentally left our credit card and some personal toiletries in the room and later went back to retrieve them. The owner had already carefully tidied everything up and kept them safe for us, allowing us to retrieve them smoothly. This responsible attitude made us feel very reliable.
Overall, it was a smooth-communication, comfortable, and reassuring experience. The owner is polite and helpful, and the guesthouse is clean and tidy, with attention to detail evident in every aspect. Highly recommended!"

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel yesterday and absolutely loved it! 🌸
The manager, Mehdi, was incredibly kind and helpful — he assisted us with everything we needed and even welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea upon arrival, which was such a nice touch.
The hotel itself is beautiful, decorated in authentic Moroccan style, very clean and well-maintained. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, and we felt completely comfortable during our stay.
Thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality! We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Fes. 💙
JJettoSettoVery pleasant Riad, very well looked after, ideally located, within 5 mins walking to the Old Medina and car park. Additionally, very easily accessible by car for taxi transfers. Spacious rooms, clean modern toilets and showers with lockable doors, very tasteful décor, robust air conditioning system. Customer service was very good, house keeping was superb, both concierges Abu Bakr and Muhammad were very professional and kind, they communicated very well with us and took care to see to all of our needs. We thoroughly delighted over the variety and the overall quality of food at the accompanying Restaurant Soultana. Highly recommended.
Zzoe helloThe riad was clean, as were the rooms, the bed linens, and the towels. The room needed slippers, as the tiles were everywhere and it was cold in socks. There was also a lack of an extra trash bin near the kettle, so I had to keep all my trash on the table. Breakfast was delicious and simple. On my last day, I was disappointed to be told I had to pay for the tea they brought to my room, even though I didn't know it was a paid service. I paid, and it was no big deal, but my opinion, mood, and impressions completely changed. People seem kind to you, but when it comes to money, everything changes.
GGuest UserWhat an amazing Riad! Staff super sweet and helpful, great decoration and rooms, super breakfast in the garden and, if you drive, parking 3 minutes away. 10 min walk to the Blue gate and the busy area. The lady at the reception gave us a map and detailed information for our visit to the medina, she is super helpful. Definitely raccomanded for your stay!
AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.
GGuest UserThe contact person is so nice that helped us arrange city tour and transport to another city. Even though we had to leave at 8, which was not the breakfast timeslot, the house keeper prepared food for us to take away. We had so much fun here.
GGuest UserThe Riad is right for the price. It's centrally located at the Medina. I got the room at the rooftop. No lift, only a narrowed spiral staircase. You have to carry your luggage up & down. If you are elderly and have issues with your back or knee problem this place is not for you.
If you need to talk to the owner of the Riad you have to watsapp him if you have any concerns. I had an issue with my door lock. Luckily, they quickly addressed my issue & changed my door lock immediately.
GGuest UserA very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help.
We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn.
Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
TTRIPPERS.IO founderUnfortunately, we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel very much. This isn't our first time in Fes, and this hotel definitely isn't worth the money.
The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful inside, but the rooms are tiny. The windows don't face the street but rather an open common area where guests and the owners are constantly present. (From early morning, people are having breakfast and clanking plates in the hall, and in the evening, they're having dinner late into the night). Overall, the hotel didn't seem very clean or tidy, and we even had to contend with a huge cockroach one night. Midway through our stay, we got food poisoning and completely stopped going to breakfast (this was the only time in our three months in Morocco).
It's also a shame that there are no kettles or refrigerators in the rooms.
