3-Star Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

Everything was great! It was clean and new. The location was also quite good, just a short walk to the LRT station. Within a 10-minute walk, you could reach a food haven with hawker centers, cafes, and more. One thing the host should pay attention to is sending the check-in process details in advance, as not receiving them caused a lot of inconvenience! Even though I arrived an hour early and the cleaning was already done, early check-in was not allowed. Those looking for an early check-in should be cautious when choosing this place!

I am extremely satisfied with my stay and the service here! Before checking in, I requested a room with a window, but upon arrival, they kindly upgraded me to a much larger room. The customer service is phenomenal.. the staff are so friendly and helpful, even when I asked them questions that weren't related to the hotel. The room amenities were complete and well-equipped with a TV, mini-fridge, hairdryer, prayer mat (sejadah), body soap, mineral water, and coffee. To top it all off, they even welcomed me with a complimentary welcome drink during check-in. Highly recommended and truly a wonderful experience

The hospitality is very good, attending staffs Alam and Riyaz very accommodating 24/7. The location is good in the middle of city. Accept for the parking and swimming pool that need to be paid separately because it is manage by another entity, everything is over the top. My family and I enjoyed staying there

I would say that the front office staff are very friendly and have a great sense of humour. They also provide a luggage delivery service directly to the room, which was very helpful. So far, the cleanliness is at a satisfactory level. This is my first time staying here, and I will definitely come back again in the future. Greetings from the Sabahan people, from East of Malaysia.

The location is convenient, with plenty of food options and a plaza nearby. As for the room, the view was great, but there was an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom. When we first opened the door, a bad odor hit us, and we had to turn on the AC and fan for a while for it to dissipate. (The bathroom smell was constant.) Another issue was the parking. There was no clear instruction on how to get to the carpark after getting the keys, as it's a different parking area, which is a drawback. We arrived in the early hours and couldn't reach any staff. It took several phone calls before someone finally answered and informed us we needed to move to a different parking lot.

Overall, it was a very good accommodation experience. rooms is big. Got fridge,hair dryer, everything completed. But TV channel is very limited. Location is very good ,walking distance in around 5mins can reach MRT ,LRT, Monorails station.

So far, everything's been okay, but the room carpet has a strong urine smell. All the in-room facilities are fine. The breakfast is the best, the food is delicious. As for the pool, it wasn't very enjoyable, maybe because there were a lot of birds and the floor was covered in bird droppings. There were even bird feathers in the adult pool, so we only let the kids enjoy it.

Easy check-in, clean capsule and shared bathroom, tidy, privacy and security provided. It is good to stay here as all the above is provided. However if you are driving, might experience to park your car on roadside due to the limited carpark.

Location is excellent. A bit difficult to find my way from the KLIA exit as it was my first time, but easy once you know. The reception queue took about half an hour being a Saturday and obviously a lot of bookings. Other days, obviously not so busy. Very good value on normal low price, but again, price hikes on busy days. I especially like access to the central mall and train links. I would stay there again.

For those who are looking for a cheap hotel in the middle of KL, here is the place.. but, don't expect much.. you will get what you paid okay.. upon check in, they will request a deposit of RM100 and they will return it to you upon your check out. The fund will be return to you after they do the checking of your room. The cleanliness is not really good as you expect. There are old stain on the floor and i can say it is not really clean. This hotel is ok for short stay like for 1 or 2 days. If you are planning for long stays then you need to look for a better hotel. They also provide iron but you have to go to level 8 to iron your clothes. With the old facilities and their style, i think the charges is fair enough.
