HOTEL - The hotel undoubtedly requires a small lift, the decor a lot, many years ago, is clean, and this was the main criterion for me. The bathroom has a hairdryer, mini-cosmetics, everything else you need.SERVICE - an incredibly nice service from reception, to kitchen staff and cleaning ladies. AQUAPARK- quite small but there is a swimming pool (up to 1.50m), there is a jacuzzi, a cathedral, sauna, and above all you are a rescuer of COMFORT - unfortunately, its location is a result of noise (the city rail, and on the other hand the church bell). Before I stayed, I read critical opinions about the noise also because of the wedding that was taking place there on weekends. My room was on the 3rd floor and the wedding was not an obstacle. The bad thing is that the elevator reaches IIp, on IIIp you had to enter the stairs REAL - delicious and very valuable dinner. It was something really delicious. Unfortunately, breakfast is different. Firstly, quite modest (though I must honestly admit that everything is also fresh and sufficient), while I have huge reservations about organizing breakfast; first of all, breakfast was in the form of a Swedish table, Unfortunately, it was not possible to apply itself, everything was served. Absurd was that there were meter queues at the buffet and the young waitresses were not fit. On Saturday 29.08 Br I can honestly admit that people were standing around in the queue. Two people were appointed to serve, if the family was a few, before all the coffee and tea or juices were given, the food (e.g. eggs) had the time to cool. Once upon a time, one of the ladies flew back to the back for baking, another egg, and the other flew under the guise of the customers' expectations. I understand ‘coronavirus', but first – twice as many people to use should be or at least let yourself make tea/coffee! This grotesk is not seen before. Besides, there was no salt/pepper on the tables for my intervention. Ask for tomato salt, you say that NO MOST!!!! How can the hotel not have salt? After waiting 20 minutes, the intervention in the reception where the stunned receptionist made only one phone call and just a few saltholes were delivered! Dear Ladies- Yes you can't! It's not a camp, it's not a colony, a certain standard must be. To sum up - breakfast is chaos and stress for the hotel guest. I understand that it may be temporary due to the “epidemic”, but it was the main minus of stay. As for young ladies who served breakfast - crazyly nice and cultural, but faster, faster; I understand that they are learning, but it needs to be energetic! SUMP - I recommend this hotel for non-requiring people; from its main assets I would point to a nice service, delicious dinner and cleanness; to the location of the hotel
