The hotel has an excellent location. It’s very close to famous attractions in Sweden such as Riddarholm Church and the Old Town, and within walking distance to the viewpoint. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a great hotel. The room is a bit small, but it’s absolutely worth the price.

The hotel booked to watch the Overwatch Final. its a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The toilet environment is acceptable. The refrigerator and microwave oven are also normal, but the ventilation ducts are always running at night, which is annoying for people with light sleep.

Fabulous, small hotel in a quiet yet convenient part of the city. Currently undergoing renovations (Jam 26) this affects weekdays only at the moment and despite some peripheral preparatory work we were not disturbed at all. Our room on the first floor was a standard double but was roomy, very clean and really nicely decorated and fitted out. Coffee and tea facilities in room were perfect and a minibar had a few essentials in it and room to provide you own too. Staff were some of the nicest and friendliest I have even had the pleasure to have met! Breakfast is an essential at the hotel as it is fabulous despite no pastries 🤔but with some of the best cakes at every cafe you pass you won’t miss out. Hot food, waffles, cereal, real bröd, cold cheese and meats as well as a dedicated gluten free station. Pedestrianised street 100m away as well as the main road of Sveavagen within 5 minutes walk where you can find the metro station, Coop, and any number of bars and restaurants. Ask about the gym and sauna that is provided by a nearby facility. All in all 100% if you don’t want to be in the old town and like a wander

The hotel is very new, clean, and well-designed, and the breakfast was good. The reason for the low rating is that I really dislike how the same room type comes in different sizes, and you're always given the smallest one. Plus, I booked over a month in advance, but checking closer to the date showed that prices were actually cheaper. Since I chose a non-refundable rate, I was stuck with it. I feel like this hotel isn't very transparent. For anyone considering booking, I'd strongly advise choosing a flexible rate and keeping an eye on the prices.

The hotel is close to the subway station Brommaplan and it is very convenient to go to the city center attractions. Hotel health, staff are very polite. There is a drink machine in the hotel lobby, and you can make your own coffee or tea 24 hours a day. If the hotel restaurant has the remaining food (such as cakes, croissants) during breakfast, the staff will be placed in the lobby for guests to enjoy. We checked out very early, had to catch the train, no time to eat breakfast. The staff is very nice and helped us pack breakfast and take it away, very intimate.

Very good location, right in the center of Stockholm. Great view from the window. Towels and bed linen were changed daily. Everything was fine, but I have two complaints. 1) The elevator was out of order. We stayed on the second floor (1st), but I have trouble walking. 2) Breakfast was quite basic for non-meat eaters. There was no fish.

The facilities are clean, and the location is convenient, within walking distance to attractions and very close to the train station. The only downsides are that the beds don't have curtains, offering less privacy, and the lockers are quite small and difficult to open, so large suitcases cannot be stored.

Located in Northern Europe, the heating was insufficient in February. There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent or powder was available; local supermarkets only sold large packages, which was very inconvenient for guests staying for one or two days. As a managed apartment, the lack of daily cleaning was unacceptable. I advise families planning winter trips to consider these issues. On the plus side, there's a tram stop nearby, making it convenient to get to other areas.

Although it's far from the city center, it was conveniently located near a supermarket and bus stop. There was coffee and tea available in the common area, and cooking utensils were also provided, which was great. Personally, I liked that they offered free towel rentals. I'd love to stay here again when I visit Stockholm!! They also store luggage before and after check-in, but it's just left in the hallway like this, where lots of people pass by, and it's not visible from the reception, so I was a little scared that anyone could steal it (lol).

After comparing several Bob W properties, I decided to stay at Bob W Norrmalm — and I’m so glad I did. My experience here was so positive that it actually made me curious to try their other locations in the future. The digital check-in process was seamless and convenient, making the entire stay feel effortless from the start. I hadn’t realized there was a shared kitchen available, which was a pleasant surprise. It was well-equipped and made it easy to prepare simple meals or cold food during my stay. While the room was compact, it was thoughtfully designed and full of Bob W’s distinctive character. It gave me a genuine sense of Stockholm’s modern lifestyle and atmosphere. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay, and I would happily recommend it to other travelers.
