Parking is good, and the university is right in front, so the infrastructure is good. There are several restaurants and two convenience stores. If you'd like to change the shower filter, ask in the lobby. The shower head in my room didn't have a filter. However, the water pressure was good, and the room was clean. The bathroom curtain doesn't completely cover the bathroom, so if you're staying on the first floor, you'll need to cover it with a towel. Of course, no one was watching, but you never know what might happen.

Good atmosphere..good breakfast...but I booked a single room and when I got there the staff said it was full..in the end I paid more and got a king size bed with 1 small bed...

The breakfast was just right, with a good variety. There's parking both in front and behind the building, making it convenient to park.

The hotel is quite good for the price. The room is spacious. It's clean and the location is decent. Close to the lake, but on the side where they're doing construction. In Khon Kaen you need a car or motorbike for everything, so it's good value for money. The staff is unfriendly, especially the security guard who's a complete ****, always playing on his phone and not even saying goodnight when you walk by. I don't know what he's watching, besides his phone screen. That guy's a disgrace.

Quiet, but the room wasn't as clean as it should have been. They didn't check the soap and shampoo to see if they were empty. There were still hairs on the bathroom floor and toilet, dust in the corners, and the bathroom mirror light flickered.

The reviews weren't great, but when I actually went, it wasn't bad at all. The room wasn't huge, but it had all the amenities, the bathroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable. When I stayed, there was nothing really negative. The AC was cold, and they even provided an extra fan. The breakfast buffet was the best! The laab (spicy minced meat salad) was delicious, especially with rice. They also had congee, fruit, salad, and bread. The hotel is located right behind Central Khon Kaen Campus. It was still under construction when I visited, but now that it's finished, it must be super convenient. I'm worried the prices will go up, haha! If I go back, I'd definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel is located in a good location and good amenities in the room. Easy to access and warm hospitality. Only the cleanliness in the room need to improve.

The staff were very helpful. There were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room when I checked in, and the staff kindly allowed me to switch rooms.
