3-Star Hotels in Benton County

The hotel hardware facilities are good, but the service attitude is not good. We arranged a corner room on the road. The noise was too loud at night and the quality of sleep was not good. The key is that we have told the front desk to have a quiet room when we check in, and we have arranged such a room.

Breakfast was very basic and I don't think they were ready for the amount of guests that were there. There was very little of everything. Other than that I wish I would've read more before I booked. Even though there was a pool there was no hot tub, my bad for not investigating more lol. Customer service was good, not great, just good. When I arrived the employee was on video chat with someone and I had to wait for her to finish to even be acknowledged, but she was pleasant after. Every other employee we encountered had ear buds in and just walk by sometimes with a smile. But overall a good stay.

It's not bad to take a break

Very convenient location and clean and quiet room. Recommend for other travelers.

Great location. This hotel was not currently up to the IHG standard when I stayed. Floors were dirty and my bare feet were dirty after being in the room for 15 min. Shower water pressure was the weakest I’ve ever had in a hotel.

Convenient hotel. Quiet location. Easy access. Basic breakfast but perfectly enjoyable.
