AC is incredibly loud and cycles every hour waking you up
Water in the bathroom seems to refill on a timer which is also loud.
Breakfast is poor. Tough cold meats and stale breads.

GGuest UserI travel and work on the road all the time, so I have my own set of standards when picking a hotel: quick check-in, clean room, a big comfy bed, soft pillows and blanket, and a quiet environment. Fairfield Inn has always been one of my top three choices, and the Ocala location is no exception. Everything was just as I expected — comfortable and satisfying as always! Highly recommend.

GGuest UserGreat location for those focused on kennedy space center or cruise tour. Large rooms with kitchen amenities. Reasonably priced laundry rooms. Adequate sports facilities with gym, swimming pool and basketball hoop. Free EV car charging station although there is only two available. Breakfast was good and what you usually get in residence inn in general. Very quite and comfortable beds
Would have been better if there were more ev car charging stations, cleaner and larger swimming pool, but this is to get to 10/10 from 9/10.

GGuest UserI stayed at two different hotels during this trip and this one stood out as the clear winner. The WiFi worked very well, which was not the case at the other facility. There was a broad spectrum of channels on the TV from which to select, and it was easy to navigate to the shows I wanted to see. The desk staff was very helpful. I had a special request and they worked everything out for me. The free breakfast as also great both mornings I stayed at the hotel. The dining space was well set up, and I can't say how much the person in charge of the breakfasts made this a pleasant experience. As soon as things began to run out they were refilled and her friendliness just seem to warm everyone up. I would love to stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe staff for the most part was wonderful. Server at breakfast during the week excellent. Terry head of maintenance excellent. Woman with dyed red hair at front desk very good.. The facility was not up to par for a Hilton. Charging for parking when the lot was 3/4 empty was an insult. The bartender snuck a $7 tip onto the bar bill for one drink and we didn’t have the receipt to prove it!

GGuest UserThe accommodations were spacious. Before our cruise we booked a one bedroom. After cruise upgraded to a 2 bedroom. Because I am a reward member. Beautiful. Pool was great. Restaurant so so.. I didn't like to go to bar to order . Then food was brought. Refill on soda was very nice extra. Nothing around we had friends so they drove to dinner. We had no car this trip. So it's limiting. So gift shop. Be nice to have a minimal and a small novelty store for. Last minute souvenirs. I liked it altho our elevator was out near our unit the entire time.
