Welcome to Lazy Dunes Cottage, a 4 bedroom, 2 bath home just minutes from Warren Dunes.This Harbor Country home welcomes you from the moment you pull into the driveway with a wooded lot with 2 decks and a huge front porch. When you step into the home you'll find a cozy living room that flows into a dining space and a fully stocked kitchen. Just down the hall you'll find three bedrooms, the first with a twin over full bunk bed, the second with a large King bed and the third with a Queen bed and access to the bathroom. Just off the dining area is a deck furnished with comfy seating and off the kitchen is another deck with outdoor seating and a gas grill. This area also leads to a shed full stocked with beach toys and a firepit area as well. Downstairs the owners have created a fantastic game room with indoor shuffleboard, ping pong, pool table, darts, a projector TV and 2 arcade games!
