The staff was very accommodating to get me in the room early for a conference call. Excellent staff. TV remote was wrong and they came up immediately to replace the remote.

The hotel feels new but the facilities are average. It is very convenient for daily life and you can cook by yourself. The breakfast provided by the hotel is really unable to insist on eating for two consecutive days, needs to be improved

Everything was fine, good room, lunch and service was very good... only they charged me a $50 deposit on my credit card without notifying me... I will let you know if they return my deposit...

The hotel is very clean and daily breakfast was great. Coffee is provided throughout the day. Location is great if you have a car. The room is very spacious and it comes with a kitchen. Idea for a longer stay.

My stay was great I was never hassled about anything everything worked, and I felt comfortable and safe. Too bad the breakfast is suspended because of the plague sigh although drinks are still available tho as for single women good luck... sp**** comes to mind.

The staff is friendly and really go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of during your stay. Even my cat liked it here. I was in a car accident while I was here. Everyone checked in on me to make sure that I was OK.

The breakfast was good and the service was good. Especially the uncle at the front desk has been very gentle, but I don't understand that the standard room and the big bed Ctrip have different prices but the same room type. I feel that Ctrip is very pit!

Great hotel, with fabulous service. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!!!

It is relatively easy to find off of 470. It is a little dated but has the basic amenities in this price range. It has easy access to Uber eats and other food delivery. It did have ports for computer access. It didn't have cable for local channels. It had only paid viewing available.
