The room and breakfast were both excellent. The location is very convenient, with a mall and restaurants nearby. The mall is similar to an outlet mall, where you can buy many of the latest styles! Highly recommended!!

A good choice for checking in on Route 66 and returning to Chicago from Premium Outlets in Chicago! The town is clean and tidy, and the hotel is much better than expected. The maintenance is very good, the facilities and rooms feel very new, and the suite is quite large. The meals in the surrounding American restaurants are very good. Compared with the high hotel prices in downtown Chicago, this place is very cost-effective, and it takes only 50 minutes to Chicago.

The room is good, not far from the airport, quiet, price concessions, except for no microwave oven, everything else is good! It is also very convenient to get to the airport shuttle bus, and it will be delivered in 13 minutes! Water delivery is more intimate!

The hotel belongs to an old chain, Facilities: complete but a bit old, the room has a kitchen very satisfied, suitable for families with children Hygienic: clean and tidy Environment: convenient transportation Service: I didn't get much contact with the service, and it was not easy to evaluate.

It was ok just disappointed with the package of breakfast I understand due to covid they can’t serve breakfast but atleast a prepared breakfast can do and also the elevator is too slow .

The staff is super friendly and helpful. They asked if I wanted a specific floor and I just said somewhere quiet. They put me in a room with not a lot of people around so it was awesome to get good sleep. Breakfast was good and the coffee was always fresh. I will definitely stay again.

The bathroom was terrible, smelled bad, and the shower barely had warm water and it was not working well at all. I told the receptionists three times and they said they will send somebody, but nobody ever came to repair anything.

We stayed three nights and it was wonderful to wake each morning to the amazing breakfast. We had the pool and hot tub all to ourselves. Our room was quiet and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. My husband and I loved this place. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we're in town.

A staff member African American told my son he looked suspicious my son is African American as well and called the police on him so that was not cool at all my son told her well I have a right to go in and out my room and walk around etc then after I left I called because someone that visited Us while there lost their ID and the lady tell me I left my room a mess I said who are you lying to because I do not play them games I cleaned my room personally and left not a thang in there sat the garbage outside the door in bags and the towels as we are told nothing less nothing more they are more strick with their rules which is better now but as far as accusing my son as being suspicious and telling me I left the room a mess that's messed up y'all not keeping my money that the hotel have on hold I'll take them to court nothing was broken nor no trash was left inside so no that's not it it's sad that this place has changed for the worst in one way and being a more strick is better as it got a lil wild over here in the past they need to know and check they camera as far as which guests are there or not before they start to call people suspicious
